[Resolved] Western Digital (Intarvo Technology New Delhi) — Replacement of product not done | |
Hi I brought a Western Digital External drive, it stopped functioning after 1 year. I called the Support center they asked me to raise a service request and they told me that a logistics person would pickup the drive...but no one turned up even after 20 days. I called the helpdesk, they told me to send it thru bluedart. i was supposed to get the disk back with 20 days according to they ...and i am still waiting..
