Whirlpool — 1.5 Ton Split AC sensor problem | |||
Hi, We bought a Whirlpool Split AC about 2 years back. We had a sensor problem 2 months back and we registered a complaint (Complaint ID CN[protected]) once we faced the problem. Initially once the complaint registered, they contacted and verified the sensor problem. They told that, they will replace the sensor board, within a week. Till date we are following every week, but we get answer like "PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL UPDATE YOU SOON". We fed up with Whirlpool customer care and service. There was no proper response and reply, even though we called many times. Whirlpool home appliances service was the worst service, i have ever seen. I simply dont recommend Whirlpool home appliances (any) to avoid your headaches. Was this information helpful? | |||
