[Resolved] Whirlpool 1 Ton Split Ac — BIG BAZAAR: Non delivery for Bill no-T24/22478 dtd 19/04/2010 | |||
I paid an advance of Rs 19890/- on 19th April 2010 vide Bill no -T24/22478 for a Whirlpool 1 Ton Split AC.I was assured that it would be delivered within a week.But I am still awaiting the delivery. I called up the shop at JL Nehru Road Kolkata . I have registered a complaint ( no. 53767 dated 1st May 2010). Inspite of all that the product has not reached me yet If at all there was any likelihood of delay , i should have been informed about this at the time of purchase.Same was not done. I feel cheated and harrased.I have a gut feeling that there is an absence of any mechanism which deals with Customer inconveniences.Future retail is a big organisation. In this time of cut throat competetion, for its survival its essential they must look into Customer related problems. I request you to take action against all those who are responsible of all the hardships i have faced till now OR Make arrangemnts for the refund of the amount with interest to me after cancellation of the order placed by me. Whirlpool 1 Ton Split Ac — Poor service support
I bought a 1 ton Whirlpool split AC from Viveks at Purasawalkam, Chennai on 17th April 2007(Bill No: [protected]). Even before four months, there is a noise coming from the in-door unit. I was unable to use the AC because of the high pitched noise. So I called up Vivek service centre on 7th July and was informed that it will take 72 hours to attend to my complaint. I was shocked that for a machine that was only 4 months old and well within warranty a customer should wait for such a long time period. Even after 4 days of my complaint they have not attended to the repair which is highly disappointing.Hope you will be able to do something about it.
