[Resolved] Whirlpool / A. C Model – Aviator — Remote of the AC not working | |||
We have raised complaint that our A.C remote sensor is not working. On 29-May-12, Mr Vivekananda Adhikary visited our premises and confirmed that the A.C remote sensor is not working. The service charge of Rs.395 has been charged to us and on payment, invoice number 5683 (Zen Appliance Sales and Services) has been provided to us. The site engineer has confirmed that the A.C remote will be sent by the whirlpool customer service and on receipt we need to pay the cost for the new remote. It has been now more than 15 days, and there is no update. Further, we have called the customer care number and your most inefficient and unprofessional customer care representatives have not been able to provide any update and abruptly disconnected the phones. I am seriously frustrated and need resolution to this very soon. Was this information helpful? | |||

since you're facing such major problems you should get n touch with whirlpool directly, you should drop them an email listing all the problems you're facing at [protected]@whirlpool.com and they should solve the issues you're facing .
