[Resolved]  Whirlpool Ac — problem in ac

I have a SBI Credit card which is I have never use In spite of this their representative has given me a Super Suraksha Policy on discussion over phone for Rs.100, 000/- with a premium of Rs.2613.00.

As, I had paid the entire premium in two Installments, after discussion with their executive over phone

Now their total Bill comes, as on date 10.05.2008 is Rs.7468.10 Which is totally wrong

I have many time complaint through e-mail but they says that you have to paid above mentioned amount .

Brief given facts only point out that you are aggrieved and there is deficiency of good and services and hence, it is difficult to advice properly. However, generally speaking, presuming you have lodged complaint and you were not attended adequately to your satisfaction and that 6 ACs still at malfunctioning stage, you may seek legal recourse. To start with, send legal notice thru your lawyer for deficiency of goods & services. Then course will follow.
