Whirlpool — low cooling

Yes, their escalations DO NOT work. That assurance is only used to somehow end the conversation and hangup the call...They sais someone from escalation team will call me ...but I received an SMS later saying that I refused to pay !!!
Their service engineers are more like Salesmen who try to sell you washing powder(that costs Rs800 !!!) and other whirlpool products. They are not fit to repair the machines.

I have bought the above items from Big Bazaar Express Avenue on 26 th May 2012. I was told it would be installed on 27th May. I received calls from Whirlppol (Gayathri & Sahil) on 27th stating they would check & revert if it can be installed on Sunday. After that till now I have no communication from Whirlpool. They didi not install on Sunday or Monday. They were not even picking up the calls. It is not installed till now (28th May 10:00 PM). Is this the level of service expected when the customer pays 25000? If this is the attitude even before installation what if after service is also required? Totally dissatisfied with this level of attitude.

Dear Sir/MadamI have purchased whirpool refrigerator 30 Elite 5 years back. the inside back wall of refrigerator fills with water, the service technician from whirpool authorised service centre (complain no. PT[protected]) visit my place twice but they fail to resolve my problem. technician said this is manufacturing fault and cant be resolved.The fault was very small at the time of purchase i couldnt make it out at that time,but after 5 years now the fault is turn into big shape water is storing at the back of the refrigerator inside the puf, i called the service centre as mention above but fail to resolve the problem now they are saying they will replace the refrigerator with new one,but they have a condiion they are just giving 50% of my refrigerator price value and saying they will replace the refrigerator with the model what i will chose in whirpool, rest of the amout i will have to pay for the new refrigerator. The amount they are asking to pay is more than the market price of the refrigerator which i chose in whirpool for replacement of new one.neither they are allowing me to migrate in another company.they are not ready to give any compensation of it. sir please help me in this.

Whirlpool — Part not replaced under warranty
Dear Sir,I have purchased Whirlpool refrigerator 2 years back and have signed for extended warranty.
One month back the refrigerator did not function and I have logged a complaint Number .MB [protected] with customer care. The engineer visited 4 times so far and could not identify the problem.
I have logged email complaints to the company and I get standard response of the problem will be solved in 2 days. But this promise have been broken for several times now and the refrigerator is not being functional.
I have undergone severe mental stress due to this as the essential medicines, food items, imported dry fruits etc that I have been storing is no more possible.
I am also not getting a concrete answer form Whirlpool as to how they plan to complensate this loss and by when the problem will be rectified.
I request you to hear this petition and take necesary action against Whirlpool India.

I have logged complaint regarding my whirlpool microwave on 7th February 2013. on 14th Feb 2013, engineer came and took out the affected part. Till date no replacement no status. when i called i came to know part is not available with company and whenever available till that time we need to wait. is this way this company is working. Very bad experience.Regards
