I completely agree with you. The service of this company is horrible. They don't care the customers. I have a similiar problem with my washing machine, it is not working now. I bought it just 5 months back and the equipmemt is still under warrenty. since last two weeks I am trying to get some servics personel to repair it. I have loadged a complaint in the call center regarding this. Every time when I call the call center, I am getting the same result " with in 48 hours we will attend the problem" but it seems like no body is intrested in attending the problem.

I totally agree with you. Even I had a similar problem.Besides waiting for the technicians to fix the problem in my washing machine, I also fed up in spending Rs.5500 for the same. Even then no response from the company people.
Later on as my friend suggested i sent a legal notice to the company through a familiar advocate from my home town. Within a day, the technicians were waiting at my door for half an hour (i was not in home by the time they called and it took some more time to reach home) to fix the problem.
That was wonderful. Rather than spending Rs.5000 or Rs.6000, i spent just Rs.1000 to the advocate. Now whenever i get a problem, i just call the customer care and they are prompt in action these days.
