[Resolved]  Whirlpool — replace of door

This is regarding the request to replace the door of my whirlpool refrigerator . I have put a complaint in the call centre dated and complaint no. are mentioned below

My concern is that I have been told every time from the call centre that the total costing to replace the part(door) will cost aprox. Rs.2800/- (cost of the part – Rs.2600/- and Rs.221/- for visiting charges or labour charges ) .But now why the person from the service centre is asking for more ie. Door cost is 2800/- and labour charges 225/- . moreover whenever I call at the customer care thay quote different rates .

Whereas as I came to know that labour charges are negotiable but they are asking from me. I have been harassed for the last for the last one month .
