Initial delivery was defective

I purchased a front loading washing machine from CSD on 02 Aug 09 Sl No INFO9030081 Code No 11638. It was delivered on 04 Aug 09. Engineer came for installation on 06 Aug 09. It was found defective. Today is 14 Aug no replacement was honoured. Is this the way we work. Pl advice how do I initiate legal action....

Extremely poor service

Fully Automatic Service complaint: I bought a fully automatic washing machine 3 months back and it has developed problems of PCB. After numerous complaints, waiting, harassment, inconvenience and follow up, at last somebody came to replace 2/3 parts to make it functioning. deficiency in service in warranty period

I purchased a 200litres capacity Whirlpool refrigerator on 28/10/2008 from M/S Khosla Electronics, Garia Kolkata, so far it was running well but on 18/07/09 it went wrong and the gas leaked. I lodgeda complaint with M/S Khosla Electronics for its repair by the company as it was still in the warranty period. On 22/07/09 a mechanic came and inspected the same and prepared a report that the ice chamber along with the compressor needs to be replaced....

compressor failure 4th time

We bought a whirlpool 175 ltrs. Fast forward ice refrigerator (model : 8066 sr no, tnco[protected] years back though M/s. Prakash Agency @ Kanchipuram, it started giving trouble from the very 1st year, we have spent thousands & above on its repair(compressor failure) charges (3 times) and now same problem arise (compressor failure) this time also they aksing Rs.1800/- for its gas filling & service charge.

Refrigerator is not working

Failure of compressor during warranty period

I had purchased a whirpool refrigerator in 2004 which had a compressor warranty of 6 years. The compressor was making uneven knocking against which I registered acomplaint with their call centre on 25.07.09. Wrong Information provided

I bought Whirlpool double door 265 ltrs refrigerator on 3rd May'09 from Croma (chain of stores of electronics by Tata's) and at the time of purchase was told by the salesman that this particular model does'nt require any stabilizer for voltage fluctuation as it is inbuilt and there was a proper sticker pasted on front door of refrigerator, so i bought the same.

Service Response

I had bought a whirpool AC few years back with their Home Care Plan. The knobs on the AC got broken in the first year of operation itself. I have repeatedly complained to the company to no avail. Problem still continues and their is no response.
