Whirlpool washing machine is under repair fro the past onemonth no action has been since this period the time i purchased this washing machine i have been facing numerous problems and the service person he himself told us that the machine has manufacturing fault inspite of writing continously to whirlpool no action has been taken, this mnc is trying to take the consumers for granted.kindly help me out though i have purchased this machine...

I HAVE PURCHASED MACHINE ON 9.08.2009. BUT TILL DATE (15.08.2009) NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY HAS COME FOR INSTALLATION / DEMO.

REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE BUT RECEIVED ONLY LIP SERVICE.

DEALER - GREAT EASTERN ALLPIANCES PVT. LTD. IS NOT RESPONDING. NO ONE IS RECEIVING PHONE CALLS.

To the manager:

It is very sad to write if a customer spends 25000/- for a refrigerator and have to face problems like this and nobody is bothered about it. We bought the fridge on 5th july 2009.

Few attachments are to be replaced and still we are suffering from wrong commitments and harrased.

Pls revert back or I will be forced to take the problem to consumer court.

I purchased a front loading washing machine from CSD on 02 Aug 09 Sl No INFO9030081 Code No 11638. It was delivered on 04 Aug 09. Engineer came for installation on 06 Aug 09. It was found defective. I purchased a 200litres capacity Whirlpool refrigerator on 28/10/2008 from M/S Khosla Electronics, Garia Kolkata, so far it was running well but on 18/07/09 it went wrong and the gas leaked. I lodgeda complaint with M/S Khosla Electronics for its repair by the company as it was still in the warranty period. We bought a whirlpool 175 ltrs. Fast forward ice refrigerator (model : 8066 sr no, tnco[protected] years back though M/s. Prakash Agency @ Kanchipuram, it started giving trouble from the very 1st year, we have spent thousands & above on its repair(compressor failure) charges (3 times) and now same problem arise (compressor failure) this time also they aksing Rs.1800/- for its gas filling & service charge.

I had purchased a whirpool refrigerator in 2004 which had a compressor warranty of 6 years. The compressor was making uneven knocking against which I registered acomplaint with their call centre on 25.07.09. I bought Whirlpool double door 265 ltrs refrigerator on 3rd May'09 from Croma (chain of stores of electronics by Tata's) and at the time of purchase was told by the salesman that this particular model does'nt require any stabilizer for voltage fluctuation as it is inbuilt and there was a proper sticker pasted on front door of refrigerator, so i bought the same.
