[Resolved] Whirlpool Fridge — Fridge not working for over 2 weeks, rubbish customer care | |||
To whom it may concern, I have had the misfortune of buying a 2 door Whirlpool refrigerator. - My fridge is now 3 years old and had completely stopped working. - I have made several calls over the last 2 weeks to the customer care requesting for an engineer to look into the matter. - My calls are "registered" but no engineer ever calls back, as they are expected to. - The compressor has been changed 3 times but the fridge still does not work. The engineers seem to have no clue what is wrong or how to fix it and now completely avoid my calls. - My calls to supervisors/managers are also avoided.
