BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR FROM CROMA ON 16TH MAY 2010. IT WAS INSTALLED ON 19TH MAY 2010. IT FAILED ON 23RD MAY 2010. COST OF REFRIGERATOR 16744 DOWN THE DRAIN. AFTER THREE TO FOUR CALLS AND AFTER REPEATED ASSURANCES SERVICE ENGINEER IS YET TO INSPECT THE FAILURE. FUNNY!!!!!! HOW WHIRLPOOL HAVE A SYSTEM OF MONITORING SATISFACTION CODE (IS IT DIS-SATISFACTION CODE?). THIS DESPITE AFTER HAVING BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS FOR THE LAST DECADE. AFTER SEEING THIS INFO CAN WHIRLPOOL SENIOR MANAGEMENT SWING INTO ACTION TO STEM THE ROT THAT PERSISTS IN SUPPORT FUNCTION. Was this information helpful? | |||
