Hi, I am completely clueless of why did I go for buying Whirlpool product.The kind of harassment I went through after buying the product and the support and services provided by them in this regard has forced me to move against the brand and file a case here. I have bought a fridge Whirlpool Mastermind in feb 2009. Not even 3 months did pass by when the product is under warranty period, the fridge started giving hiccups in terms of moisture containment in it. The fridge, which ideally should be completely dry and moist free gets filled with moisture everyday and thereby affecting all the products kept in it.This has affected the domestic life at large. I lodged a compalint against this on June 2009 and repeated calls to them made their engineer visited our place. repeated tries followed up, but to no effect at all. The problem was still persisting even after the 2 visits of the same engineer.Post this, which continued for 15 days, we again lodged the complaint with the service center and again there was no response from them for long time. Recently one more engineer visited the house and he also did the same thing and problem is still at large with no effect. He was supposed to come today i.e 30.06.2009 and still he did not turn up for the issue. I am completely bothered by the support and services this company has provided and furthermore to tpo up the grievance the response from Whirlpool tem in this regard is horrible. Whirlpool MasterMind Refrigerator — replacement of fridge
i had bought a whrilpool refrigerator in 2009 and on the very date of purchese when the service people from the whrilpool opened the package they found the new fridge was totally damaged and they took it for replacement on the same date and returned back after 1 month. later on the refrigerator gave several times problem and again and again the service engineer was called and was remarked with some blockaged lines ans fowl smell inside the refrigerator. within last one year my fridge was four times rectified but till date it again having the same problem. i called up customer care and they gave some mail id to contact....the mail id was [protected]@whrilpool.com.....and the mail id which was printed in the official booklet [protected]@whrilpool.com....to my utter dissapointment both the mail ids where given wrong and both got bounced.this is a share piece of negligence from such a reputed company.anong the lot the worst part is its warranty is getting over within 4 days. its heart burning to spend so much of money on a refrigerator from a world renowned company and getting this kind of service. i request the higher authorities of the company to look into this matter and get my refrigerator changed. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.inwith regards

Whirlpool Refrigerator — Refrigirator not working and even after repeated complaints no response
I am one of the most unsatisfied customer of your company. I have logged a complaint on june 26, 2009 at 6 P.M and since then i have been contacting your contact centre to get my issue resolved. I have a refrigirator FF 400 LE for which i logged a complaint 4 days back. The engineer visited my place a replaced the PBC and charged me Rs. 3, 100.00 Since then the refrigirator is not working. For this i have called up at the service centre number and was provided a complaint number DL[protected].Its been more than 24 hours and nobody has visited my place. I havent seen such poor customer service. I hope my writing a mail to you will help me in resolving my issues.
