[Resolved]  Whirlpool / Proton - Refrigerators — Whirlpool - Customer Complaint & Customer Service

I baught refrigerator two month agaon at cost about 40,000 INR. Refrigerator is not cooling since 4 days back and i had multiple phone call to teh customer care number but no representative from wirlpool visisted to see the problem till time.

I have reference number of issue reported.
How such a big compant can be pot on customer on toss after taking a big amount and no enteratining the issue.

CAN SOMEONE ASSIT ME.....Please how and whom should i report the problem.
