My whirpool fridge,bought in nov 2009,leaks a lot from the light bulb area.the problem has been seen three times by whirpool executives but they failed to fix it.i have spent 2300 rupees in buying a not-at-all-required stabilizer.whirlpool company has left me totally dissatisfied.i think i have wasted 32000 rupees buying this product.i need replacement of my product.else i will take serious action against the company.

    I am one of your unfortunate customer. who has been harassed by you call center people & service center technicians. It is being one week that my fridge is not working due to compressor malfunctioning. Till date I have got run around from you people I have spoken to aman, daman & mohit. When I asked them to give me in writing whatever they are confirming on phone they refused since as per the company policy they cannot give anything in writing. This is to inform that your people have forced me not to by any product from whirlpool in future & not only that but to ensure that even make others aware what they would be going through if they happen to by a whirlpool product.



    Now, please give me in writing how many more days I need to wait for getting my fridge fixed.

    Whirlpool — Worst customer service

    Bought a new Wirlpool refrigerator in the month of december'08. Since from the date of installation there a major problem with the euipment. Complaint many times with Wirlpool and they are yet to replace my refrigerator door. No proper responce from Wirlpool. Seems Wirlpool is not in a position to manufacture even a single door. Such a poor company rewuires our help.

      SIR
      IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE WE PURCHASED ONE WHIRLPOOL 300L PROTON WHICH OFFERED SUNGLASSES AND WATCHES FROM REEBOK AS GIFTS.
      SO FAR WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THE DEALER IS BLAMING WHIRLPOOL AND THE WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT BOTHERED. E MAILS ARE NOT RESPONDED WITH. IS WHIRLPOOL A COMPANY WITH SUCH CHEAP ETHICS. PLEAS EHELP

        If their is an organisation that boasts of a brand value but in reality does not possess / deserve one, it has to be whirlpool. Thanks to the incompetent staff they have employed for handling customer complaints. On 18th Jult, 2010 we had purchased a microwave (Magicook 20C) from their dealer "Dass Electronics Trading Co. (P) Ltd. When the engineer (Mr. Prabhakar) from Whirlpool visited our place on 21st July, 2010 for giving a demonstration of the appliance, he found the microwave was not in working condition. After initially trying to check and set right any faulty wire joints etc in the appliance, Mr. Prabhakar called up Mr. Nair ([protected]) at the service centre to lodge a complaint for replacement of the device.

        Subsequent to this we lodged a complaint (complaint reference No. B220076) with the dealer, Dass Electronics also, to ensure early action. After this we again received a call from the Whirlpol centre informing us that their engineer would agin visit our site to check for the complaint, and they sent us an SMS with the Service Request no. (PN[protected]) on 22nd July, 2010. On 23rd July, 2010 another engineer from Whirlpool visited our place, however he did not even remove the microwave from the original carton to check for the problem and just went away saying the replacement would happen the next day. The same day we got a call from Mr. Satish ([protected]) from Whirlpool India saying that he had received our complaint and was looking into the matter. To our shock and dismay he suggested we get the faulty component called PSB replaced in the NEW MICROWAVE we had just purchased and tried to convince us that this was the way out as replacement with a new microwave was a tedious and difficult process.

        On our insistance, he agreed to take up the case for replacement of the whole microwave as what he was suggesting was just a shortcut and easy way out for Whirlpool India to be able to float their defective products in the market to helpless consumers. For this he promised us that he would get the replacement done latest by Monday, 26th July, 2010. On the agreed day, we did not get any call from Mr. Satish, so we called him up in the evening ourselves to hear his disgusting response of first not remebering the case at all. And then on selectively recollecting the details, he backed off saying that he had never committed for delivery on Monday, 26th July. After much argument he agreed that he had indeed comitted the same, however as their internal procedures could not be completed he would get the microwave delivered on Tuesday, 27th July, 2010. So we agreed as we had no other option, the dealer as well as Whirlpool were not agreeing to process refund for the defective aplliance.

        On 27th July, 2010 we got a call at 1435 hrs from Whirlpool office stating that the papers had been processed and we could expect to receive our microwave by 2000 hrs on the same day subject to them finding a tempo for delivery, else it shall receive the same by 12 noon on 28th July, 2010. When by 1945 hrs on 27th July we did not hear from Whirlpool India, we called up Mr. Satish to check on the status and he informed that the papers were under process (COMPLETELY CONTRADICTING THE EARLIER CALL WE RECEIVED FROM THEIR OFFICE) and it would still take some time for the replacement. Here again after much discussion, when we informed him that it was not possible for someone to saty at home just to receive a new microwave after 12 noon on 28th July, 2010 he agreed that he / the driver would call us at 1030 hours on 28th July informing the time of delivery. Despite him sounding so aggressive while communicating this to us, we did not receive any call from him / the driver till 1130 hours, so we called him on our own, after which he put us on hold for 3-4 minutes and then disconnected the call. Subsequent to this we got a call from the driver saying that he will try to reach the place earliest by 1600 hours, inspite o[censored]s informing loud and clear that noone will be available at that time to receive the appliance. When we contacted Mr. Satish wth this problem, he plainly refused to understand the situation and very coldly said we could approach consumer courts if we wanted to, but he will not get the product delievered before 1600 hours. Such lackadiasical and callous approach to customer grievances, shows complete lack of empathy in the policies of Whirlpool India and their lack of commitment towards their consumers. Talk of endorsements / advertisements making the customer the focal point for the organisation?????? When their staff literally harass people mentally, by their uncouth and unconcerned behaviour towards the very people (CONSUMERS) because of whom the organisation exists?????

        We would appreciate that the organsiation takes serious note of such complaints and acts on the feedback provided well in time, to save bad word of mouth publicity. We would personally never even think of buying any other whirlpool appliance for ourselves / anyone else, let alone recommending the brand to friends / family.

        I was going to buy a whirlpool oven tomorrow. Now I will think ten times before purchasing it
        I was about to book a whirlpool product online from ezone. Now I better think twice.

          Dear Sir / Madam,



          It is very unfortunate that I am writing this mail to a company which is a system process driven company.

          I have some issues including Quality of your product which needs to be addressed on URGENT basis.



          · I am using your Whirlpool AC 1.5 ton EL model from 2006 but from April 2010 I have filed the complaint on almost Every alternate days as the cooling of the AC was not appropriate.

          · My A.C was under AMC from the day first after the warranty expired after one year.

          · Every Time the engineer used to Visit us & was unable to find or nail the problem.

          · I have spent whole nights in the summer with out the AC.

          · Finally one fine day in the month of May this unit was taken to the service centre for through checking & was told to me that some welding point on a coil was an issue due to which the Compressor used to triff off after every 10~15 minutes.

          · After Re-installing the AC it worked so so till 10~15 days but again it started having the same problem.

          · I again contacted the customer care but after harsh follow up with them they deputed one Sr.Engineer & then I was told that the cooling coil is a problem.

          · After weeks of follow up I was told that the cooling coil is not in a stock so this unit can’t be repaired.

          · This time again I was mentally harassed as I was spending the sleepless nights with out the AC.

          · One fine day I got a call from the Sr.Engineer that we have no stock of spares available for this & they will provide me the new AC against this.

          · I immediately agreed as I was so desperate that I had lost my patience in contacting your customer care for my problem.

          · I was told to give the DD for the amount of Rs 8650/- against Rs 18650/- which is the cost of New AC Deluxe Model.

          · On the very next day I handed over the DD for amount of Rs 8650/-at your Whirlpool office in Ghaziabad.

          · Again I went from Pillar to post for almost 10~12 days for getting the delivery.

          · Finally I got the AC which was installed by your team only, during installation it was noticed that the cabinet of this unit is defective.

          · Still the cabinet was installed in my window with great hardships by your engineer.

          · After Installation the water outlet was not working.

          · The water was not coming out from the Unit + the Noise of the unit was so high that I can’t expect that the AC is working, it was looking like that Desert Cooler is working.



          Again the new Unit was opened by your engineer or in other words a rape was done with this unit & the out come was that the weight was supposed to put on the coil which has been forgotten by the production team to install and surprisingly the QC has passed it with out checking.



          This simply proves how the quality is being monitored at your shop floor.



          Above this It means that I was given a defective piece rather than a new unit, because the New unit is not supposed to be opened on the first day of the installation.



          Moral of the story :-



          · My AC was under AMC & it was the responsibility of the company to get it repaired / replaced. Why Should I Pay for that ?

          · Why I was charged Rs 8650/- against the other AC which it self was having so many manufacturing problems.

          · The cost of the new whirlpool AC deluxe model is Rs 17000/- in market then why I was told that the cost of the Whirlpool AC is Rs 18650/-

          · I have still not handed over the old AC to whirlpool as I am not satisfied with the So called New AC + Valuation done on my Old AC.

            DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SOLD TO ME & SUFFERINGS THEREON !!!

            PRODUCT : WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR-ICE BERG-310 Lts DOUBLE DOOR

            COMPANY : WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA LTD.


            Sir,
            I had bought Whirlpool-Iceberg-310 Lts-Double Door Fridge through CSD Canteen from Bathinda (Punjab) in Oct 2006 for Rs.17,500/=(approx). Since then due to an Undiagnosed electrical shorting problem (which was diagnosed only in 2010 at Pune), Four times the Compressor; Four times the Main Relay PCB Box were changed. Twice the the front Panel PCB was changed; Both the bottom and top doors were changed. All these changes were made at the crucial, three consecutive Hot Summer months of 48 - 50 Degree Celcius Temperatures in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) where I was posted from Bathinda in Nov 2006 and followed in Pune rendering me with no refrigeration facility im my Home at the need of the hour creating a lot of physical discomfort and mental agony. Whenever I had changed all these spares, I had spent exorbitant amount of money in transporting the fridge to and from the service agency and paid for gas charging and welding every time repeatedly and even Three Relay PCB's cost of Rs. 2500/= each time was borne by me. When the actual defect was detected by the Service Engineer at Pune, Only one last job of replacing the Cooling Coil was left to make the fridge fully serviceable. The same was accepted by the service engineer and assured free of cost replacement at Pune itself. By 25 May 10, I was ordered to move on transfer to Sulur, Coimbatore and I moved as the Pune engineer could not replace the cooling coil by then.

            2. At Coimbatore, I had registered my complaint with Whirlpool Call Centre, explained my position in totality and sought for rescue. After the service engineer had visited my home he expressed his inability to repair the fridge by replacing the cooling coil and advised me to buy a new fridge. I am left without the fridge working since last four months again. I requested the Service Engineers/ Mechanics to take this fridge and back load to company as a Defective Piece for Investigation and necessary Research & Development at Company itself and give me a new replacement fridge to overcome the problem and let me live in Peace at Jaisalmer & Pune even now at Coimbatore. Now at Coimbatore, they are saying they may arrange to give Rs.2000/= for this four year old Defective fridge which has been an "White Elephant" since my purchase. May I request the Honourable Consumer Court to intervene and redress my Grievance and teach a lesson to the irresponsible Manufacturer by Penalizing suitably and compensating for my Financial Losses; Physical Discomforts; Harassment; Embarrassment amongst my social community and severe Mental Agony I and My Family have been undergoing in the last four Years, Please ?

            Whirlpool of India Limited — Defective Doors

            Had purchased a Whirlpool iceberg Refrigerator from M/s. Fridge House, Kadavanthra, Kochi on 06 Jan 2008 vide their invoice # SK03511 dated 06 Jan 2008. From the time the refrigerator was bought, I had complained the same is not cooling properly. On 08 Jan 2008, a person from Global (Whirlpool Authorised Service Centre) came and inspected the refrigerator and informed there was no problem with the refrigerator. A charge of Rs. 125/- was collected vide receipt # 2373 dated 08 Jan 2008 towards service call. Also an amount of Rs. 3,850/- was collected vide recceipt # 3820 dated 08 Jan 2010 towards extended warranty (from 07 Jan 2009 to 08 Jan 2013).

            I started noticing the problem again from early 2010. Even though the refrigerator was said to be a non frost refrigerator, ice formations started appearing on the freezer chamber. Had again contated Whirlpool who sent in their engineer. As per him, the thermostat was found defective and the same was replaced. I was charged Rs. 1,225/- vide receipt # 268 dated 24 Aug 2010 even though the refrigerator was under warranty. The engineer also mentioned that the hinges of two door were defective and need to be replaced. For replacing, it took another month. The same was replaced on 24 Sep 2010 and I was again charged Rs. 280/- vide receipt # 1512 dated 24 Sep 2010. Inspite of all this, cooling was not taking place and water was sweeping from beneath the refrigerator. I again raised a complaint, based on which another engineer came and inspected the refrigerator. As per his observation, both doors are defective & have to be replaced. Lately, the freezer door has come off the hinges.

            I had raised numerous complaints & have rqsted Whirlpool to replace the refrigerator. Even though, as required, I had provided the copy of the purchase bill, other than dragging the issue, no action has been taken till date. I am now given to understand, since the model is now not available, I have to pay the difference for getting another model as a replacement. I feel this is not justified considering the loss I had to undergo for the past two years (like poer consumption, food getting spoilt etc)

            I would be extremely grateful, if you could please look into the matter and help resolving this issue.

                We had booked a Proton 445 Lts. refrigerator throung E-Zone, Hebbal Kempapiura Esteem Mall on 14/ 14/7/10 and the booked item was supplied on 15/7/10 at 6 p.m. It was dark at that time and the fridge was dirty and dusty. when we asked the people to clean and show they replied the demonstrator will do it. Afterwards when we examined, we found the door was dented and we doubt that it is used fridge returned by some other customer. Immediately we contacted E-Zone as well as whirlpool. Mr. Sunil in charge of whirlpool said the mechanic will come and examine. Thereafter when mechanic confirmed and we want a replacement by brandnew fridge, he asked me to give a letter accordingly and we complied with. we were assured that we will get the replacement maximum by Monday. Today it is Wednesday and we are not getting the replacement or we hear anything from the whirlpool co. We had paid neearly Rs.38000/- and for no fault o[censored]s suffering for the last six day without a fridge. if this is the position, kindly take back the fridge and refund us the money and we will go for some other brand. Or
                else I request you to kindly cause supply of brand new fridge without any delay(positively today.)

                  I baught refrigerator two month agaon at cost about 40,000 INR. Refrigerator is not cooling since 4 days back and i had multiple phone call to teh customer care number but no representative from wirlpool visisted to see the problem till time.

                  I have reference number of issue reported.
                  How such a big compant can be pot on customer on toss after taking a big amount and no enteratining the issue.

                  RO problem first reported in January 2010. RO is not working since June End. Company is not responding properly. Their service engineers are ineffective. Even though my warranty is expiring on 25th July they more and less forced an AMC at a cost of Rs. 3849 which is nearly 25% of their initrial cost. This too to provide such a pathetic service.
                  Since last three days they are alloting time to us but nobody is responding. There [protected]@whirpoolindia.com is not being responded.
                  I am highly dissatisfied with their serviec and will recommend people to go for Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) in place of whirlpool products.
                  Service is really pathetic, I donot know where to contact. Feel trapped.

                    i have fully automatic washing machine and it is under warranty, some days back we felt that there is some electric shock problem is appearing in washings machine, i have called up in the customer care and informed him about our complain in reply i received sms with complain no. which is GB[protected], and person told me you will receive a call with in 4 hr. and it will resolved with in 48 hrs., surprisingly after waiting of 48 hr. neither i received any call nor any one come at our address, after that i have given almost daily a call to co. customer care but every time same answer they are giving that it will resolve by tomorrow, but till now it could not resolved. please help me out

                      I complainted about the non functioning of our Whirlpool fridge on 26th June, 10. They informed me that some part is required to be replaced. On on today i.e. July 14, 10 we are unable to get any services of the fridge. everyday we are telephoning to their customer care and everyday their statements are changing. I have also written to their email i.d. at [protected]@whirlpool.com however till date the complaint is pending with them. I am really very very frustrated and fed up with their attitude. Finally I am opting for your help and hope I will get justice.

                      Please help.

                      I have so much to write about this and can inform you, if asked for.

                          I am the owner of a Whirlpool H-65 Washing Machine bearing Serial No. INB[protected]. When faced with a minor problem in the wash cycle I registered a complaint with Whirlpool’s Customer care vide Complaint No. HR [protected] dated 01 April 2010.

                          After the visit of the service engineer it was recommended by him that the machine should be sent for a chemical wash to their service centre and they will get it picked up. Thereafter, M/s R&A Global Service, SCF 39, Sec-16A, Faridabad had picked up my washing machine for a chemical wash from house no. 886, Sector-37, Faridabad, Haryana, India-121003 vide SRN No. 0028.

                          The same was due to be returned on April 12, 2010 but since my wife had temporarily shifted to Delhi and I had to go out of station due to an urgent official visit, we called up Mr. Rakesh Dwivedi, who we believe is the manager of the captioned service centre, and asked him NOT to send the machine on 12th April 2010. Not heeding to our request the machine was nonetheless DUMPED at our neighbour’s house WITHOUT any authorization from us or any intimation to us.

                          Upon my return to Delhi after the 20th April 2010, I got busy with the process of shifting my house to Delhi, where my child had recently been admitted to school. After shifting to my new house on the 3rd April and after setting up the house when we started to use the machine, we found it to be in a pathetic and deplorable state with the front panel completely broken, the wheels missing, the top body open and the machine not functioning properly. When we got it checked by an engineer, he commented that a simple chemical wash cannot harm the machine so badly. Upon learning this, I decided to check the serial no. of the machine from the invoice I had in my possession. I found out that the machine that was lying in my house was of the serial no. INB[protected] while the serial no. of my machine was INB[protected].

                          When I contacted the Whirlpool Customer care, I was directed to speak to the customer care at Faridabad. The Faridabad customer care refused to register my complaint and directed me to speak to Ms. Tamanna at their branch office on[protected]. After many calls to Ms. Tamanna, I was Directed to Mr. Prakash, Area Manager, on [protected].

                          After I spoke to Mr. Prakash, then finally the Whirlpool customer care registered my new complaint regarding the cheating committed on me, vide a new complaint no. HR [protected].

                          After that I have been in regular touch with Mr. Prakash regarding return of my machine but he has been bluffing me and giving lame excuses for more than two months. Finally, on June 25, 2010, I was assured by Mr. Prakash that my machine would be picked up from Faridabad on that day and delivered to me on June 26, 2010.

                          On June 26, 2010, after making more than 45 calls to Mr. Prakash, I was asked to bear half of the cartage cost and deliver the defective machine to Whirlpool service centre at my cost.

                          I even agreed to that and asked him vide my e-mail dated June 26, 2010 to confirm that since it is the responsibility of Whirlpool to pick up the machine lying in my house and return my machine to me, the entire liability of transferring the machine rests with Whirlpool and I should not be held liable for any damage/theft etc. of the machine in the course of transit and that they will return my machine to my house after receiving the defective machine.

                          It’s been more than 21 days since the date of my e-mail but there has been no response to my mail even after repeated reminder mails to Mr. Prakash and also to [protected]@whirlpool.com.

                          Mr. Prakash finally did send me a mail from his personal email-id [protected]@yahoo.co.in and not from his official id [protected]@whirlpool.com that it was the mistake of the service centre (which is the authorized representative of Whirlpool) and I should send the washing machine to their service centre. This mail has no relevance or significance because I will have no claim against the Company if I act on the basis of a personal email with no mention about the liability of transportation being that of the Company.

                          Now, I am really fed up of being taken for a ride by this cheating company and request you to kindly help me in getting my machine back from these cheaters who just have no regards for their customers and are making themselves richer by misappropriating the assets of poor people like us.

                            I have never thought of Whirlpool like company selling such defective products. I have purchased so hyped "PROTON " elite model from Great Eastern Electronics on 29th May, 2010. Right from day 1, the so called "6th Sense " does not work. Neither the sensor or manual controls work. I called up several times and one engineer visited my place but could not rectify the problem. I requested for replacement but they are saying that they will send some senior engineer to my place soon but still i am waiting and still no calls of sr . engineer ( I doubt) . The reason I took this one is to explore the benefits of "6th Sense" one but right from beginning it is in trouble. I logged a call in service center ( Complain no : KL[protected]) . Service engineer came to visit and said might be some problem with Sensor . He tried to replace one of that and still no results. He said might be some problem with Circuit board of the UI panel .

                            I again informed the service center and they promised to send some senior engineer soon. But while I spent so much of my hard earned money for a product from world class company like whirlpool , I am really confused how such a defective one can be given to me.

                            Whirlpool elite — product and customer care

                            We bought an washing machine on[protected]. first time there was problem in Board. immediately they came and repaired. second time there was problem in drum. they took more than one and half months to repair it. Third time, again problem in board. that time also they came and repaired. again fourth time there is problem in Board. We complained to ser. centre. They came and told that there is problem in Board and We willchange the board within one week. but there is no responsible from ser. centre. Within this period, more than three months it has not been working. We are very disappointed about yourproduct and service centre. First we put trust in your company product and bought this. during this guarantee period, we no need to spend money, but we have wait lot of time. After this guarantee perid over, what can we do? We are not vey rich to spend lot of money often. We are middle class family only. This type of problem may spoil your company's name. I'm very sorry to send this complaint. Please do somthing for us. Thank you.

                              I had purchased a Whirlpool Icemagic 350L in 2005. In 2008, the PCB conked off- Rs 4000. In 2009, the compressor conked off- Rs 1600 for visit and gas change despite warranty. Now in 2010, first the filter turned ineffective for which the engineer replaced the filter and the entire gas- 2600 bucks. Five days later, apparently the bio metal has stopped working- Rs 900 to the engineer who's not reporting it to the company. Next problem that crops up, the fridge goes out my window.

                                This is an ALERT to Whirlpool All India Sales and Service Managers. If you do not take action on Hyderabad service centre team (Kevin associates) very soon no one in hyderabad will buy whirlpool products. We already bad experience with Fridge and very bad experience with washing machine.

                                We purchased Whirlpool washing machine during end of 1999. Initially it was working fine. But past few years it has been giving some trouble. We always had poor response from the service (the company has given to some local franchise). Two months back it was washing in two directions and we complianed to the service centre. After several followup engineer inspected the machined and told we need to replace circuit board. Again after several followup and escalation engineer came and replaced PCB. Now the washing machine was totally disfunctional. He struggled for 2-3 hours and he appeared to be not knowledgeable. We again escalated to senior mgmt and one more engineer came and told the tub assembly is gone and we have to spend around Rs.8000/- to change everything (PCB and tub assembly). Also Whirlpool is not accepting maintenance contract as it is old machine.

                                My apartment neighbour had similar problem with IFB (bought in 1999 and same issue); But IFB asked the customer to enter into AMC and replaced the all the parts free of charge. This only shows IFB is more customer focussed and Whirlpool is not bothered about customers.

                                Hence we decided to buy new machine instead of spending 8000 on old m/c. We also have a Whirlpool refrigerator but have problems with poor service again. We do not have the All india manager contact - as we want to inform the pathetic service from Hyderabad Whirlpool Service Centre (Kevin associates).

                                We decided NEVER to buy whirlpool products due to their bad service (most important bad attitude of all the staff including the managers). They are not customer focussed and neither understand our problem nor provide timely updates.

                                Whirlpool/ Washing Machine — Pathetic Service

                                Hi,

                                I wanted to lodge a complaint against the WHIRLPOOL Service center. However the Internet shows an endless list of complaints from consumers against the Company.
                                I was shocked to see a reputed company such as WHIRLPOOL can have such a bad service all over India. My suggestion “PLEASE DON’T USE/BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS”

                                My complaint id HR[protected] was launched as on 20th June 2009 – Saturday for my washing machine. I was confirmed that the Service engineer will be coming to attend the machine between 6-8pm the very same day. However, after my repetitive follow-ups on Saturday no one turned up till 8pm. On Sunday i.e. June 21, 2009 I called twice and asked for the supervisor,
                                First call: I was told that my call is getting transferred (by Sunny) however after 6.5 minutes being on the call; my call was disconnected.
                                Second Call: With Sonia, who said there is no supervisor at work as its Sunday and that they don’t have Supervisors working on Sunday’s. Also that majority of the engineers are not available on Sunday’s as that’s a OFF day.

                                In all of my interactions with WHIRLPOOL service center I had mentioned that no one will be available on Weekdays; thus I need a time and date to plan accordingly.

                                Today, June 22, 2009 – Monday, I didn’t receive any call or communication regarding the same.
                                2 pm one of the supervisors – Sameer calls me stating – he was just informed of the matter. Also if I can tell him the time to send the Engineer today. I kept on telling him its not possible as I was in office and cannot manage the same.

                                Few people I know during these conversations: Sameer, Sonia, Sunny, Kaushik, Shiv Kumar and Gulfam (service engineer)

                                I was really frustrated to see the response rate from this Organization. No one is really bothered to understand the harassment faced by the customer.
                                But I realize its part of the daily work cycle for WHIRLPOOL as the nonstop complaints available on site suggest so.

                                Whirlpool Washing Machine — PATHETIC SERVICE

                                HI THIS IS VINCENT FROM CHENNAI, ASHOK NAGAR, I HAVE PURCAHSED TWO YEAR BACK A ELITE MODEL WASHING MACHINE, WITH IN TWO YEARS TIME MORE THAN 20 NASTY SERVICE WAS MADE AND TWO MACHINE WAS REPLACED BY THEM ALL THIS HAPPENED WITH RIGEROUS FOLLOW UP AND STRUGGLE.

                                LAST MONTH THE WARRANTY GOT EXPIRED AND MUCH BEFORE THAT I WAS TRYING TO GET AN AMC BUT THEY REFUSED TO SIGN AMC WITH OUT SAYING ANY REASON..

                                TWO WEEKS BACK A SERVICE WAS ATTENDED BY THEIR AGENCY CALLED MOTHERS CARE AND INSISTED ME FOR CHEMICAL CLEANING FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE AND CAHRGED AROUND 3000 Rs. THIS WAS MADE BY THEM BY COMPULSION. THE NEXT DAY THE MACHINE WENT OUT OF ORDER.

                                THE COMPLAINTS ARE NOT BEEING ATTNDED BY THEM THE COMPALINT DOC NO IS 35067. AND THE SERVICE PERSON FROM THE PHONE NO ([protected]) IS NOT ATTENDIND MY PHONE CALLS. THE SERVICE CNENTER WAS REFUSING TO GIVE THE HO PHONE NUMBER WHEN MANAGED TO FIND THE PHONE NUMBER AND CALLED Whirlpool India Logo ... M/s Whirpool of India Ltd. Whirpool House Plot No. 40, Sector 44, Gurgaon – 122002. Haryana Tel.: PH[protected] ...THE CALLS ARE BEING DISCONECTED.

                                I NEVER SEEN A COMPANY WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS A CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED A PREMIUM PRODUCT. I HAD SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH THEIR OEVEN ALSO. THE LOCAL SERVICE TEAM IS VERY RELUCANT TO ATTEND THE SERVICEAND THE WHIRLPOOL HO IS MERE SPECTATR FOR THIS.

                                Whirlpool - Washing Machine — Non response of Services

                                Dear Sir,

                                We have purchase Whirlpool Washing Machine on 02.05.11, Model Name & No (Superwash Spin 601). Now it is not working, while machine working some sound is coming and complaint to dealer and he ask me contact whirlpool customer care person,after that i call to customer care and register my complaints after registering complaints they send a person t o services, he came and check the problem and he said some screw problem want to change that and he said he will come with new screw he take that old one with him. two days past he did'nt come and infoemation from that side and again i register the complaint to customer care after that the same person came and he said the exact screw we are not getting so again he ask two days time to rectify the problem, but still so far he did'nt come and the problem has not rectify. please kindly help to rectify this problem.

                                Whirlpool - Washing Machine — Cheating Network

                                This is regarding a complaint againist a service engineer Kiran who works at sahakarnagar and reports to suneel ([protected]). Last month my wahing machine board crashed and I called up Kiran as he told me he will service and as its borad he willl replace the changed one once it gets damaged in future.

                                I used to conatct customer care, as he promised and he serviced prioror to this case as well I trusted him and he replaced the board with a cost of 3300 + 280 of his service charege.. Now once again the board crashed and this Mr Kiran is not answetring the call, I called to customer care that time I noticed he dint updated previous service details.
                                Now again I don’t want to shell the money, I need some body to resond on this and I hope I will get board replaced.

                                Whirlpool will loose the brand name and customer satisfication if he continues in this.

                                  Whirlpool — It has been completely stopped

                                  I lodged complain on 7th December 2011 Since my washing is not working it has been completely stopped. My complain No. PN[protected]. my AMC is valid upto May 2012. Your technician came and show what was the problem and said the drum has to changed i will send our engineer tomorrow. But nobody came till date. I have been calling up the call centre[protected] everyday.

                                  I now request you to look into the matter and solve the problem today itself. Its urgent please.
                                  I bought a Whirlpool 415L refrigerator in May 2013. After a month it suddenly stopped cooling. Their engineer told that the compressor has gone faulty and the complete unit needs to be replaced. It has been over 10 days since then and the unit still hasn't been replaced. Whirlpool has been lying for over a week that they will soon replace it, but nothing has happened. I have called whirlpool area in-charge several times, but he hasn't responded & after 2-3 days stopped answering my calls. As it's summer season so it is almost impossible to manage without a refrigerator. I have already lost all the food almost worth 2-3k that was their earlier in the refrigerator.
                                  I am immensely disappointed in whirlpool's after sales service.

                                  I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT AS THEY CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

                                    I brought double door whirlpool refrigerator 250Ltr on 05th May 2010 and paid complete amount eligible to get a pair of Reebok watches (1 Gents & 1Ladies) as a complimentary gift from Whirlpool.

                                    But till now I haven’t got the ladies watch. Whenever I enquire they are saying it would be received from Whirlpool Company in the next week not sure when would i get it.
