[Resolved] Whirlpool Refrigerator, Model F26 - Elite Finish — FREEZER NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY ,ICE FORMATION IN AND AROUND THE WALL AND STORED ITEMS | |||
I bought the above referred model Refrigerator i.e F26 Elite Finish Double Door from M/s Liberty Associates Pvt. Ltd. Udaipur vide their invoice no. 30583 dated 2.11.10. From the very beginning of its acquisition I have been facing problem with the Refrigerator. The latest one is formation of ice in the whole body of the freezer and on the stored items for which I have been in touch with your customer service, Jaipur but of no avail. From September, '11 onwards till date I have made three complaints the latest being vide no. JP [protected] dated 30.10.11 when I was promised to depute a Senior Executive to look into the problem but nobody turned up till date. You are therefore, requested to please look into the matter and take remedial measures to put the Refrigerator in proper condition. Since this is in warranty period if the problem can not be rectified properly free replacement may be made. Please note that in the event of not attending the complaint and put the Refrigerator in proper condition before 15.10.11 I will have no option other than to refer to case to the consumer redressal form which may please be noted.
