[Resolved] Whirlpool / Refrigerator — Wrong billing, Very poor service, Failure to deliver free gift | |||
I have purchased one Whirlpool refrigerator from M/S Soundarya Digital Mall, Visakhapatnam vide voucher No SDM 454 dated[protected]bill No. 007302). The dealer has raised a bill for a 300 Ltrs fridge and also endorsed on its back side that a 300 Ltrs fridge is delivered but actually he has delivered a 280 Ltrs fridge only. On the fourth day after its installation the fridge has developed a problem and I have lodged a complaint with the call center on[protected] with complaint No 12078. Till to date the problem remains unsolved. At the time of purchase there is an offer of two Reebok watches along with the purchase of the fridge but till to date they are not delivered to me. Horrible service, not at all interested in providing further service to the customers after the good is bought. Seeking any service from the staff / management is mere waste of time. Every electronic good that they sell is at least in the price range of 30, 000 INR to 2 lakhs will all the goods having an warrenty period of not less than 3 years. Surprisingly they dont maintain the billing details beyond 1 year. The management is very reckless and are bothered till the customer pays the bill.
Handling of the good while delivery is one more talent of this mall that the delivery boys are not even told to handle with care. literally the item is being thrown off the vehicle at the time of delivery. A sincere no to such shop keeps them know what is actually a customer service.
