[Resolved] Whirlpool Refrigerator & Viveks Chennai Vadapalani Showroom — Responsibility of dealer and company
I bought a refrigerator of Whirlpool company from Viveks Vadapalani Chennai Showroom. They delivered it to my home on the next day. I received it and the Whirlpool gives a gift of two tupperware kind of boxes and two watercanes similar to tupperware type, Those were packed inside the fridge itself.
When opened I saw that there were scratches and damage in the box , when enquired about this with Whirlpool customer care they said I have to talk with the demo people. The demo people came , I enquired they said for free gifts they cant do anything, I have to deal with the dealer (Viveks). When contacted Viveks Vadapalani showroom they are also irresponsible about the gift. They said the gifts we cant replace. You have to talk with Whirlpool...
For a free gift , if no body either the dealer or the brand people if nobody is responsible, then why they give the gift. Its just cheating people.
Also, Whirlpool customer care Chennai is very poor. Almost, two days I was calling many times, it goes with welcome after that no response.
Also, the Viveks branch Manager at Vadapalani is not Customer friendly....
We are a regular customer to Viveks Vadapalani , but still the Manager is not customer friendly...
