[Resolved] Whirlpool / Washing Machine — Defective machine
I had purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from EZone powai on 08.02.2009.
The machine that was delivered had a defect (top was crushed in), same was confirmed by whirlpool representative who arrived to give a demo. Informed Ezone of the same and was promised that a replacement would be provided at the earliest. However, 6 days later Iám still waiting for the replacement to arrive. Ezone informs me that Whirlpool is having such major problems with defects in its machines that the company has halted supplies of new pieces for the moment. Whirlpool's service centre cannot provide any guidance on this. I would like to express my disappointment with both whirlpool and Ezone in the way this matter is being handled.
