[Resolved] Wi5 Broadband — Worst Service | |||
Please dont take Wi5 Broadband. I recently took an prepaid connection for 3 months(1 mbps speed). It worked fine for exactly 5 days. From 21/06/2011 internet is not working. I called Customer Care and the person who installed the connection. Got good reply "Will be working fine from today". But till now nobody has came.No rectification. I am facing pathetic service in madambakkam area in tambaram, Chennai. They do not provide the service atleast 2 hours in a day. I raised a pile of complaint but no action
