Wi 5 — Internet Broadband was not working

Dear Sir,

I gave a complain before 7 days to Wi 5 brodband for internet was not working. But they told me our technician will come and solve it. Till now now no one will come and no response from their side. What can I do?

Wi5 Broadband — Poor Customer Service

I had raised a request for shifting my broadband connection to my new address on July15,2012.
There is not any response to the request. The customer service is not even making any efforts to sort out the problem

We all can unite to raise a consumer case against wi5 for not providing service.
I am facing pathetic service in madambakkam area in tambaram. They do not provide the service atleast 2 hours in a day. I raised a pile of complaint but no action

I'm in Thanjavur, Wi5 internet is not working for more than a month. The customer care never pickup the call and no response form local service also. Looks like they are trying to close the business slowly, whoever pay long term payment, they have to pray god to get back the money.
Indian govt can't do anything on this...

I am in gandhinagar gujrat. my wi5 internet connection is also not working. I had purchased 5+2 months free pack but i get only 5 moths. I started it from 1st April. now it is not connecting even after less than two months. customer care phone is always switched off. the employee who give me connection also not receiving my call. I started it from 20th April 2013 but it is not connecting. The local guy who is sell Wi5 internet connction to me his phone swithed off. Nadiad Wi5 Office is already shutdown. even customer care phone is always switched off. i found one phone number of Mr.Rana they told me all there are some trouble in company and thatswhy all the connection of Gujarat, Maharastra, Punjab, Rajesthan are closed. and Company failed to pay his employee salary from las 6 month. in this situation what can i do and how can i get my mony back? please guide me my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Same here, paid for 6 months but coul not able to get connection for the last one month. :(
Probably lesson for us to not trust these local companies
