Got the money and not providing internet service

Hi,

I have availed the WI5 broad band connection in december 2012. They have forced us to take an one year subscription for around Rs.3800/-. so far we have used the internet only for few days. often the internet would not work, cutomer care number dont work, personals not reachable.

Fed up all these things, i deceided to cancel the connection. The personals are just cheating by not attending calls, failing...

Complete absence of service/ Extremely poor quality of service

Me and my brother share a broadband internet connection rented from Wi5 broadband powered by Zylog Corp. We have opted for the 1 mbps unlimited plan that is charged at Rs. 1010/- per month. We paid Rs.3000/- for setting up the connection which also included a security deposit for the hardware. The customer ID is AT39591 in the name of Medini Borah.

Not working

Im in Perambur and In my case it's no connectivity for the past one week and I cannot even reach customer care number which is always busy or keeps ringing...when I tried local branch they are cutting the call and the local service guy too not picking the call...don't know how to raise compliant itself! So pathetic...getting doubt whether Zylog systems have quit the whole business...

Worst Service

Please dont take Wi5 Broadband. I recently took an prepaid connection for 3 months(1 mbps speed). It worked fine for exactly 5 days. From 21/06/2011 internet is not working. I called Customer Care and the person who installed the connection. Got good reply "Will be working fine from today". But till now nobody has came.No rectification. Very bad service.

Worst Service & incapable customer care

I was using Wi5 connection for the last 4 months, i would have paid around 4000 rs but i would have used for hardly 1000 rs as their connection is the worst. You never ever get the promised speed. My promised speed was 1 mbps but i hardly get 256 kbps. Lot of times we never see the home page. I called up customer service but it is the most incapable.
