I was using Wi5 connection for the last 4 months, i would have paid around 4000 rs but i would have used for hardly 1000 rs as their connection is the worst. You never ever get the promised speed. My promised speed was 1 mbps but i hardly get 256 kbps. Lot of times we never see the home page. I called up customer service but it is the most incapable. Their so called engineers come home to check but never capable of resolving the issue, let along identifying the issue. They promise that it will be rectified today but that today never arrives. You end up with frustration & loss of money. I disconnect & asked for re-imbursment. They say that they will check the usage & then calculate the refund. They take a connection time of 2mins for a day as usage & give you a platry some as refund. Not even mails sent to their nodal office will resolve nothing.
