My ID is SS56863 Wi5 is one of the Most Worst Internet service i have ever used More than a Week i am suffering form No Connectivity Issue From 2nd April till date no one has not even made a call...For the Past one Week i am suffering form lot of Issues, On 2nd April i made a complaint on No Connectivity Issue after 2 day it get cleared on the evening of 4th April then by Morning of 5th April it again stated, Till now it has not got solved, the same No Connectivity issue now not Even my modems data light is glowing.I have made a Complaint on it,from 5th When ever i call them they say the Problem will be solved on that day.From 5th i am making at least 3 calls to the Customer care. When ever they saw my Number they are not responding. 3 times they have just disconnected my call after getting my login ID. I am getting most Irresponsible answers from them..THEY ARE THE MOST WORST POOR INTERNET SERVICE IN INDIA... Was this information helpful? |
