Wings Radio Cabs — Pathetic Service

I booked the Wings radio cab service from Pune Railway station to Karve Nagar at 10:30 pm in the night. I got the SMS from Wings about the driver name and his number.

I tried to call the driver at 10:30 pm, he was not reachable for some time. Later he picked up the phone and said "Sir, company has told me to go to some other place, I will not be able to come. Talk to company"

Wings Grievance number was also not reachable. Also they have just the phone number and no email like solutions for grievance. It makes it difficult to prove you had made the grievance request.

OVERALL WINGS RADIO CABS IS NOT AT ALL RELIABLE.
