Dear friends, its an unfortunate thing that today i have to complaint about the WLC college india. Which is also called as wigan and ligh college india.but its the fact that i have to put infront of every one so that no one should suffer today we and our friends are suffering in our career. let me first say you the truth that wlc is not following any of the govt laws and is also not recognized by AICTE india as the place of education they only provide vocational diploma for the business management. Most of them will immediately say that even IIM doesn't provide any degree or not recognized but still it is IIM it is the world best B school and it willl be foolishness to compare IIM with wlc. My sincere request to all the student that don't join any college that is not AICTE approved or recognized by the govt od India.kindly keep on doing enquire of the college before you join. WLC promises lot of things but not even deliver the single promise .I accept previously it was good but now it has turn worst that you can ever imagine. They do not provide traineeships or final placement.all the companies that they show in the brochure and say that they are tied up with companies are all lie .we are the student and have passed out from wlc .As a part of traineeships i accept that expecting the salary high is really bad but at least they should provide good brand for learning as trainee they dont work at all .Final placement forget in your life if you have struggled two years on your own then you will be able to get the placement yourself. i really feel bad to say because even i am also from wlc and i have payed my fees working out part time but the truth is truth.Most of the will say that we got settled and everything but how many only few that can be counted on your finger tips, this student had there own potential and if you ask them about there friends most of them are not settled. please be careful because your 2 years will decide rest of the life either you want to struggle whole life or else get the admission in better b school and enjoy the life Was this information helpful? | |

MBA / PGDM ASPRIANTS ! CAUTION DO NOT JOIN WLC COLLEGE, ITS THE BEST FRADULANT B SCHOOL. ITS HAS NOTHING TO OFFER I ALSO SUGGEST ALL EMPLOYEES OF WLC TO PLEASE STOP RUINNING LIFES OF INNOCENT STUDENTS.
I don know why u guys are saying like this, even i m a wlc student, n i m completely satisfied, i mean i don have any reason to complaint because in my batch too there were some students who did not get good placement and they are always complaining and always say bad about it.But those who have become big wheels are literally very happy...n why they shouldnt be.I think it is an individual"s remark and for everything u cant blame college.
Apart from it being approved of acite, yes it is not approved of it, we already had the information before joining it and it was our personal will that we joined it...so why to make a matter.Before taking admission one should have the full knowledge, y to give a chance to anyone to mislead u.So i think instead of blamming the college or faculty we should calculate how much capable we are!!

This has been posted by the user with the specific intention of maligning the good name of the college - also it contains several statements that amount to character assignation, slander and defamation.
This individual is neither a dissatisfied customer nor a genuine person - he is carrying out a calculated campaign against the college on various forums, we believe he may be paid to do this by someone.
We have already filed a police complaint and have lodged a criminal case against this individual - since we are not able to trace his whereabouts the authorities are unable to arrest him.
The cyber crime department of the Delhi police is seized of this case is trying to trace this person.
We are proceeding along all legal channels to bring him to justice.
Would request you to immediately remove these comments with intimation to us

yaar yeh kya hai...WLC collge stands for integrity & a positive attitude but judgin by d sad view in life by timegoeson & tuyr i realy dnt believ that they r or ever were a part of my college...i[censored] were & have d balls tell us your name & campus...i realy wan2 knw !! oye student support...support studens dont mislead them...im bein placed as a trainee & im from the pune campus...im completely supported by my faculty at WLC collge...there r many batchmates who havnt been placed as a trainee but thats coz they didnt clear d interview...companies do come !!

Got it very right mr.Veer, this can be the work of some mischievous dude, jiske pass padai kar ne ka toh time nahin hai but yeah sab faltoo likhta rehta hai...he he.even i m a lwc alumni, don have any such stupid issue and the college is still supporting me.I remmember my first placement with the college a TECH Mahindra, AMAZING DAYS of ma life can never forget it...I REALLY MISS MA COLLEGE DAYSSS ...THANKS WLC COLLEGE INDIA.
very well said veer & ekta, we really need to check the authencity of the complainer. if so much positive feedback is coming up then the interested students need to really understand that there would always be a group of people with a negative attitude in life & they would just keep posting stuff like this on several sites. the students need to act smart & gain full knowledge before taking a decision.
Hi Friends ., above stated information regarding wlc college India is completely fake and baseless. I would say clearly to all the budding management aspirants to know each and every things first of all then reach any kind of conclusion regarding WLC College India. Though it is very right that WLC is not approved from AICTE, but the concept and structure of WLC is widely different from any institution across the country. To get the practical exposure since the very beginning of the course and industry drawn faculy, i think is the USP of WLC College India. So before reaching on any final decision about WLC College Course and placement, traineeship, first of all visit to any WLC campus then frame any decision.

mr. asutosh mitra, y don't you give me your telephone number here so that i can b rest assured that u r a bonafide student of wlc college. coz this college has no tie ups for traineeships & final placements & all their promises made before admission falls flat
ok, just for the record, let me tell you, wlc is the worst institution to ever come up in india. i am a studient of wlc 2009-11 batch unfortunately.. they promise you alot but deliver nothing. their syllabus is so outdated and the teaching pedagody is ridiculous.. i opted for a specilisation in finance and guess what they have no faculty for it. our batch was told to attedn online classes for it. conducted by some faculty who had absolutely no knowledge of the subject.. common, for the exorbitant fees of rs580000 that they charge, i expect to get some returns out of my investment. its a total waste of time money and intelect if anyone enroles for programs in wlc india.. REMMINDER- wlc india is not recognised by the AICTE. -wlc india is not accredited. -wlc india is not recognised by UGC -wlc india is not recongised by the Govt Of India. -wlc india is not recognised by the croporates(note-if a studient is placed, it is not because of the wlc tag, but his graduation from a recognised university) -wlc india is a black listed institutions. (notified in the papers) -wlc india is vocational institute and not a college(Name wlc college india ltd is fake). -the mode of learning in wlc india is the online mode and they do not provide physical classes as they claim during admission.(not worth it for the fee u pay) -wlc india has no faculty (only 4people run the entire bangalore campus) i can name them i[censored] like. for our finance specilaisation we had only one person handle our modules for 6months which was really disheartening.. let me see if the college can prove me wrong in this regard.. i can give you more details of this college if needed.. oh, by the way, the positive posts in this forum are from the faculty and management of wlc and not from any studient i gurantee. to support what i say, i can provide you the email addresses of all the studients of the bangalore campus from fashion to business, from studients in pcl, acl, fcl etc confirming 100% to the above statements.

Guys who are passed out from the college and got employed on your own, please check your name in the college placement list. The college has taken the credit saying Mr. X has been placed under WLC placement programme (which would be 100% false).
I got myself employed on my own, but the shameless college has taken the credit.

This judgement was passed in the favor of a bonafide student of WLC College, Anuj Saraswat, who filed a case against the malpractices, deficiency in services, making students believing in this misleading statements etc and many other issues. even i am also the students of wlc studying in one of the campus. the above given complaints are very true, we didnot even got any sought of final placement.and the very important message is those who are running the college they are totally playing, cheating, gambling along with students life wigan and leigh its not a college. but its a company. they are not providing even a quality of education, no traineeship and vital thing is there is no value of students of wigan and leigh. and the certificate what wlc is providing its . there is no value in the market.those who are pursuing in wlc please do not support to wigan and leigh company for getting students for new admission.this the humble request to all wigan and leigh company studentsnot to prefer any admission. even the entire administration department from higher official to lower official for all branches they are gamling with all students carrier life.and wigan and leigh company they want only money from students they are not even thinking about student carrier.and they are playing strategies and policies depends on circumstance of students.
