[Resolved] Woodland Shoes — bad quality rubber for the sole | |
i bought a pair of sandals from woodland showroom on Brigade Road, Bangalore. i have worn that sandal only once and sat on the bike for a very short distance. my sandal touched the silencer of the bike and the entire snadal sole melted. i requested the showroom to please do something about it including some kind of repair for which they could have charged me. but they refused to do anything. this is disgusting especially because they promise lifetime service and repairs anywhere in India. i dont know what to do with those sandals. they are expensive and new i cant throw it away. there should be some accountability for the promises made. my woodland shoes is in gauranty period and the shopkiper does not return or repair my shoes .
my shoes name 'GC0160106 CAMEL 42 FOOTWEAR'&The shop name woodland store shop no.29/30, tc-54, vibhutikhand, gomtinagar, lucknow.tel-[protected], 4062656.
the defect is in my shoes sole that the sole is broken.

I had purchased my 01 pair shoes vide retail invoice no 2061, 14.09.2009, article no-GC0564108 BLACK 42 FOOTWEAR FROM YOUR SHOP AERO CLUB WOODLAND STORE, SHOP NO GF1, SEVEN SEAS MALL, BARODA(GUJARAT) TEL NO[protected].After 3 months pasting from side edge of both shoe begans degummed.And last month(June-10) sole of 01 shoe broke.The price I paid for the same was 1300/-.The same pair had been handed over to the same shop on dtd.03.07-2010 for further action .The retailer commited to send it to company for repair and will charge for repairing which is undigestable.Requested to satisfy me with your best servies. As soon as possible send it to me on my new residential address:-

In faith and necessity with Woodland, I purchased one more pair of shoe by paying 1870/- from the same shop on 03.07-2010 vide inv no-910/03-07-10, Article no-GC 0333106 BLACK 42 FOOTWEAR.LEFT SHOE is too much tight and right too, resultred both feet got wounded and medical chrges paid till the date approx 700/-. I had never such experience in past. There are major defect in this pair of shoes.This pair are lying with me without use.Finally I had to purchased new one from REEBOK.Please suggest how it can be utilised and where to go.I will give you only this month to settle the issues(both) other wise will knock to Consumer-court.
Expecting quick and positive responses in my favour.
