After about one and half month I got my shoes back refurnished by you. I am very surprised to see your refurnishing policy or method for any such matter. After getting my shoe refurnised, Its color was other than the original one. Your refurnishing method, scratched the shoes from many places. Man at Store told me the truth that day, now shoes are at their original color after two three wearing. In a pair now one is camel and another looks like khaki. Yes the difference now is some less than the previous one, but it may be possible that color gap will be more as the time passes. Is this your refurnishing policy or method? Is this ur policy for ur customer satisfaction? Is this your policy to keep the shoe for one and half month and return back to customer with scracthes? Is this a cutomer fault to buy your brand and your outlet have given me different pair? Is this customer fault that your company or manufacturing unit have paired the shoes with different unique code and ur store has sold the same to me? Who will be responsible for my problem and who has to pay against the problem. I want a quick action and reply for my query and if you could not take any action or can't solve the problem then mail me your postal address i will send the shoe back to ur at my cost and will never look to ur outlet. this is the idiotic company where the manufacturing defect also can't give replacement I was just talking with you Bhuvan on phone.You told me your shoe is in the factory for Repairing. While you first said that you will be claimed within 10 days.Today is 15th day no communication for your side, no reply of my mail, no phone call your side. I called you, you told me Bhuvan "AAp jis Se marzi Baat Karo Chahe MD(Harkrat Singh) Aur Chahe CEO se" this is your Words.And you took blame on me, You said I cut shoe myself.Check out my record and see how many times I have claimed you. You behave like this with your every customer.You call your customer by the name of Fraud(420).I can claim defamation on you Mr Bhuvan. Mr Harkrat ji this is your world class customer service. If I had to repair, I would have done it by paying 10 rupees in the local market.I do not wanna get repaired.I want to claim my amount 1886 rs.
