I have purchased a woodland shoe from Woodland factory outlet [Aero Club, Woodland Shoes, Pradeep Arcade, No.97 /2B ITPL Main Rd., Marathahally, Bangalore - 560 037] on 20th June 2009. the model of the shoe is R1GC0028A, a Black color formal for Rs. 1870/-. by 22nd Sept. 2009 the bootom sole of a piece found to have developed few cracks whicha are deep enough. on request to take appropriate action, the representatives accepted the pair of shoe and informed that the same is being sent to Delhi, their headquarters for necessary action. The action demands almost 25 days as per the information received. But what action?, is it a replacement or repair or repay voucher to by another pair of shoe? Just no clue the representatives can offer on the above.
Woodland outlet had issued a receipt - Repair slip No.43, dated the 23rd Sept. 2009 for having received the product from me.
What best advise / opinion, the consumer complaints can offer to me at this time?
