Dear sir / madam, My shoes started peeling off from inside leather within 4 months from buying it. When I approached the retailer at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, he has cleverly told me that the warranty is for 3 months only. However, on persuasion, the shoes were taken for repairs. Bad customer service and defection product

I bought a pair of shoes of Company Woodland, from Punjab Boot House, MP Nagar, Bhopal. on 29/01/2009 for Rs. 2335/- and because the sole of the shoes worn out in just 1 month.. I went to the shop on 15/03/2009. They kept the shoe saying they will get it repaired and gave me the Receipt no 1956 dated. 15/03/2009.

Unsatisfactory service and product.

Hi,

I purchased a woodland shoe on 19 January 2009 for Rs1, 900.00 from the Lower Parel factory outlet. Haveing barely used it for a week the sole started wearing off on the sides. On 13 February 2009 I gave the shoe for pasting at the Andheri West outlet near Shoppers Stop. It took them two weeks to paste the shoe. It wasnt the time that shocked me but the manner in which it was pasted.

Woodland shoe spray not working

I purchased a woodlanf brand khaki shoe apray from'Fusion shoe park' on laxmi roadPune vide bill no:12986 on 10.02.2009. It cost me Rs.175.with product code:[protected]. Iused it just once. When I tried to spray on 18.03.09 the spray nozzle is not workking. When I complained to the shop they refused to listen and said there is no guarantee and company does not replace.

Faulty leather of shoes

Dear Sir,

I have procured woodland shoes model RIG 2100 ASSR from AERO CLUB Woodland Store Shop No. 6267/9, DC Road Sadar Bajar, Ambala Cantt.[protected] against retail Invoice No. 2566 dated 29/10/08 Rs. 2245/-.

I, Kuldeep Kumar is a Central Govt. employee servicing in Labour and Employment Ministry, New Delhi. Poor quality footwear

Even my experience with woodland footwear has been very poor . The stitching on the sides came off within 20 days o[censored]se. When I went to the shopkeeper with the complaint, he was extremely rude. His opinion was, since the sides are stuck they can come off. So the moral of the story is no point paying exorbitantly for this brand, as its not worth the money...
