[Resolved]  Woodland Shoes — Manufacturing defect and insufficient warranty

I had purchased Woodland Shoes in August 2009, from Ms Aero Club, Laxmi Road Pune, Invoice no 3854.
As soon as I started using, I started feeling some pain in my left foot.
After 5-6 months, the left shoe is torn with the treads coming out below the heel. The dealer says warranty is for 3 months only. No replacement or repair can be done
The shoes have become uncomfortable and useless.
