[Resolved]  Woodland Shoes — shoes taken for repair but not returned yet

sir,
i bought a pair of woodland shoes on 23th of june 2010. it cost me Rs.2700.
the shoes were found damaged within 10 days i bought it.
i registered a complain against this damage to the showroom authority from where i bought the shoes.
they gave me a complain slip of shoes and took my shoes for repair/replace(as per the company policy).
the complain slip was dated 7th july 2010. the showroom authority ensures me that i can reclaim my shoes within 7 to 10 days.
today it is 12th of aug 2010. i have still not yet received my shoes. the showroom authority answers me that the shoes are under process.
now i just want my shoes back that's my only request to you.

the showroom name was: Woodland aero club (add: LG-4 aru plaza, 582 m.g. road indore; ph:[protected]
the invoice no.: 1032 dated:23/6/2010
complain slip no.: 12 dated:7/7/2010
