Sub : Complaint about the receipt of Defective Shoes .
Respected Sir ,
I , Mr. Devendra Rajvirsingh Thakur had purchased a pair of Woodland Shoes from M/s. Gemini Foot Wear , having its address – Shop No. 3 , apollo Apartment , Agashi Road , Virar (w) , Tal : Vasai , Dist: Thane , Pincode – 401 303 , on Date – 13 / 08 / 2010 , vide Purchase Bill No. 2924 , worth Rs. 2195/- ( Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety Five Onle ) .
Further to state that I used the said pair for only Three (3) days and observed that the pasting of the same came out . The next day , I returned the pair of shoe to his shop . I was informed that , I shall be given New pair of shoe after informing the company . Now after 80 Days have passed , I have not yet received the old pair nor the new pair . The shop keeper says that the company is not responding to his complaint , I hereby request you to issue me the new pair os shoe worth same amount or I will have to register the copmlaint to the consumer court against the Shop Owner as well as the woodland shoes india Ltd .
Expect the speedy response against this complaint .

this is my second pair of woodlands shoes that has been torn.the number on the shoe is[protected].on the face of it the shoe looks new but the stiching of the solehas given way,first pair i have thrown away ,this is my second.your shoes prices are so high and you advertise also so loud that these are tough shoes ,i dont know what do you mean by tough its ,rotten and waste of money.please dont make fool of people.

i bought a woodland shoe from woodland show room cochin, with in 10 days sole came out i didnt use further and given to show room back with in 30 days they are not ready to replace the sole, they only ready to paste sole with gum cost of my shoe is 2500, i need to get replace the shoe or sole as early as possible

pasting comes out

This is to inform you that i have bought a pair of woodland product from 1 of your showroom from Thane on 05.10.10 but the pasting of the shoes have come out, why this type of product you are selling that within 10 days this happens & whose pricing is from that Rs2495.
Please do the needful or else i will report this matter to higher authority /consumer forum

Purchase one set of woodland shoe from city mall exclusive show room at GORAKHPUR-U.P. under the cash memo no. 11234 dt. 28/02/2010 for Rs. 2497.00 and I was shocked seeing its tearing / damaging just after the use of 7-8 times from the date of purchse. Never expected such inferior product from woodland like icon company rather its cheating and invites proceedings under consumer rights. Redresal is awaited from woodland people as soon as possible.

I bought woodland shoes(article no.R1GC 0842110) on 8.10.2010. When i wore in the shoroom, it wascomfortable. but next day i wore it for six hrs, it was bleedind in the ankle. i felt very uncomfortable.plz do replacement.

I have purchased a woodland shoe in August 8th, the shoe stitching and adhesive are opened, went for the repair as it was in warranty, they told will take 2 weeks, after that they have given me a replacement, which is larger than my size. When contacted them, they say we are helpless could not do anything. That mean the customer service & loyalty is absolutely ZERO from the DEALER, kindly advice me, how to go about.

I was puchased woodland soes as on 8 oct.2010 from jodhpur woodland showroom at sardarpura. Other woodland dealars giving me 20% to 25% discount hence that i brougth it from woodland showroom without and discount. I have weared it next day and i found that the left shoes is not confartable and move down. So again i went to show room form complain and change it but i getting inconvence and they are not agree to change it. I am spend and lot money for purchased and i am not satisfied by product. Now i want to change it in any how. So pls kinldy reslove this matter as soon as possible otherwise i have any legal action for that.

Sole and adjacent parts torn out and It was disappointing with Woodland to experience such condition after just 5 months from date of purchase and I repaire it through a nearby Woodland Shop ( Hajratganj,Lucknow).Now after a month it all teared in sole and other nearby area of the shoes and I want to get it replace as soon as possible.I hope you will understand the problem otherwise I have to look for other options like Consumer forum.Please reply and tell me regarding the solution of my problem.

Woodland lajpat Nagar
Its an worst experience with woodland , i have purchased an violet & a shoes of woodland from lajpat nagar showroom, At the time when i purchased these two items they are very much committed with their services,
with in a month its giving problem of stitching & when i went to the showroom they are saying it will not covered in under warranty,
I can buy easily in just half of woodland price but because of brand commitment i purchased it,they are same as local products are in the market, but they cheat the customer in brand manner,.

i had bought a pair of woodland shoes almost six months ago.The soul of the shoe has broken and the lace also has been bad.we had purchased it from Connaught Place
New Delhi, Delhi. bill which we has paid has lost.so what can we do for it.we have paid 2500 fr the shoes.any chance of repiar.any shoe repairing centre of woodlands in Delhi or Chandigarh where we will get the shoes repaired.please forward it as soon as possible.

I went to above said store but no satisfactory action has been taken by the store. S o please look in to the matter and solve the issue.

i bought a shoe,with lifetime free service , on 15.04.2010 , bill no:191,article SG1200 ,from Poonamalee high road ,shop no:8 ,kilpauk, chennai:600010.Within 3 months stitching and pasting got very much damaged .Due to work pressure ,on 27.09.2010 ,I gave it for repair (slip no:CCF:64).Now he refused to return the shoe stating that he can give Rs. 960 worth article instead of replacement.The shopkeeper dictated his terms rudely and not responding properly.I made a complaint to customer service[protected] on 5.10.2010 at 10.30 hrs, they also didn't respond .

1. I HAD PURCHASED A SHOE FROM WOODLANDS FOR RS 5233.99.
2. AFTER 3 MONTHS THE LEATHER SOLE IS COMING OFF & UPPER STITCHING IS ALSO COMING OFF.
3. I HAVE RETURNED IT TO THE SHOP - AERO CLUB, ALLAHABAD WITH REPAIR SLIP NO 86 ON 15 SEP 2010.
4. MAY I REQUEST FOR A NEW PAIR OR REFUND.

I had purchased a Sandal on Sunday (5th September)
I wore it twice.
And its Black covering began to come off. Even the soul got weathered as if i have been wearing it since years.

What kind of products is Woodland selling?
I wrote to Woodland Consumer Care.They asked me to submit the shoes at any woodland showroom with the bill So that they can look into the matter. Its been almost 10 days i still havent gort a reply fom there side.

I need a replacement. 2500rps for a Sandal that wears off in 2days....Common On!

I am Dr. Sanjeev. One and half year back I had purchased a woodland shoes for Rs. 2495.00. It starts complainting after six month. its sole starts breaking with time. due to my busy schedule I was able to approach showroom only once or twice. I can understand if it breaks from upper protion, however it starts breaking from the sole. kindly register my complaint and help me regarding this.

i bought a pair of woodland shoes on 23th of june 2010. it cost me Rs.2700.
the shoes were found damaged within 10 days i bought it.
i registered a complain against this damage to the showroom authority from where i bought the shoes.
they gave me a complain slip of shoes and took my shoes for repair/replace(as per the company policy).
the complain slip was dated 7th july 2010. the showroom authority...

I used to be a big fan of Woodland Casual shoes,Apparels and wearing them from long..Till now i have used 3 Woodland casual shoes and used to recommend your shoes to my peers for their comfort and style..At this I have thought of trying your WOODS shoe collection of formal shoes and bought one pair of the same on 11th July'10 from WOODLAND excusive outlet in Rajouri Garden..I tried the same shoe but to my dismay the shoe gives a etching to my foot and BACK of my foot started SWELLING and BLEEDING within 15 days of their use..Now i am horrified to even see the shoe..There is no comfort in the shoe and I am highly dissatisfied by their performance..I request you to Plz take a serious action into the same to imbibe my same trust in your Brand.

i have issue regarding voltas ac.i have used 4 split ac of voltas in my woodland store and purchased 1 year ago and i have complaint for water leaking in the acsome times ago and for regards they have issue one request no for me that is 10JL3001565 on date 30/07/2010 after that they said to me within 24 hour our engineer will come to you and solve it problem but till date no engineer came to me and i have suffer lot of problem bcz our all ac are not working and we are not doing any work in the store bcz in the store we feel heat.
so i request to you kindly solve this problem as soon as earily.
