i had bought a pair of woodland shoes almost six months ago.The soul of the shoe has broken and the lace also has been bad.we had purchased it from Connaught Place
New Delhi, Delhi. bill which we has paid has lost.so what can we do for it.we have paid 2500 fr the shoes.any chance of repiar.any shoe repairing centre of woodlands in Delhi or Chandigarh where we will get the shoes repaired.please forward it as soon as possible.

invoice no. - 2759, date - 11/09/2010, tin no - [protected], article no - R1GC 0418107 ASSR, AMMOUNT - 2020 INR, from woodland store shop no. 2B /516 COURT ROAD near HDFC BANK - SAHARANPUR (UP) INDIA.But within a week the front stiching of the shoes has got damaged. I went to above said store but no satisfactory action has been taken by the store. S o please look in to the matter and solve the issue.

i bought a shoe,with lifetime free service , on 15.04.2010 , bill no:191,article SG1200 ,from Poonamalee high road ,shop no:8 ,kilpauk, chennai:600010.Within 3 months stitching and pasting got very much damaged .Due to work pressure ,on 27.09.2010 ,I gave it for repair (slip no:CCF:64).Now he refused to return the shoe stating that he can give Rs. 960 worth article instead of replacement.The shopkeeper dictated his terms rudely and not responding properly.I made a complaint to customer service[protected] on 5.10.2010 at 10.30 hrs, they also didn't respond .

1. I HAD PURCHASED A SHOE FROM WOODLANDS FOR RS 5233.99.
2. AFTER 3 MONTHS THE LEATHER SOLE IS COMING OFF & UPPER STITCHING IS ALSO COMING OFF.
3. I HAVE RETURNED IT TO THE SHOP - AERO CLUB, ALLAHABAD WITH REPAIR SLIP NO 86 ON 15 SEP 2010.
4. MAY I REQUEST FOR A NEW PAIR OR REFUND.

I had purchased a Sandal on Sunday (5th September)
I wore it twice.
And its Black covering began to come off. Even the soul got weathered as if i have been wearing it since years.

What kind of products is Woodland selling?
I wrote to Woodland Consumer Care.They asked me to submit the shoes at any woodland showroom with the bill So that they can look into the matter. Its been almost 10 days i still havent gort a reply fom there side.

I need a replacement. 2500rps for a Sandal that wears off in 2days....Common On!

It starts complainting after six month. its sole starts breaking with time. due to my busy schedule I was able to approach showroom only once or twice. I can understand if it breaks from upper protion, however it starts breaking from the sole. kindly register my complaint and help me regarding this.

i bought a pair of woodland shoes on 23th of june 2010. it cost me Rs.2700.
the shoes were found damaged within 10 days i bought it.
i registered a complain against this damage to the showroom authority from where i bought the shoes.
they gave me a complain slip of shoes and took my shoes for repair/replace(as per the company policy).
the complain slip was dated 7th july 2010. the showroom authority...

I used to be a big fan of Woodland Casual shoes,Apparels and wearing them from long..Till now i have used 3 Woodland casual shoes and used to recommend your shoes to my peers for their comfort and style..At this I have thought of trying your WOODS shoe collection of formal shoes and bought one pair of the same on 11th July'10 from WOODLAND excusive outlet in Rajouri Garden..I tried the same shoe but to my dismay the shoe gives a etching to my foot and BACK of my foot started SWELLING and BLEEDING within 15 days of their use..Now i am horrified to even see the shoe..There is no comfort in the shoe and I am highly dissatisfied by their performance..I request you to Plz take a serious action into the same to imbibe my same trust in your Brand.

i have issue regarding voltas ac.i have used 4 split ac of voltas in my woodland store and purchased 1 year ago and i have complaint for water leaking in the acsome times ago and for regards they have issue one request no for me that is 10JL3001565 on date 30/07/2010 after that they said to me within 24 hour our engineer will come to you and solve it problem but till date no engineer came to me and i have suffer lot of problem bcz our all ac are not working and we are not doing any work in the store bcz in the store we feel heat.
so i request to you kindly solve this problem as soon as earily.

I have a complaint regarding the woodland shoes and other footwear company. I bought a pair of shoes costing 2000 rupees of woodland company from a woodland showroom. The sole of the shoes have completely torn out. The company offers lifelong guarantee for the sole but they have completely torn within an year. Please do something .

This is very unfortunate for me to write a complain letter against a world leading brand. Particularly when the complain is for the durability of the shoe.
I have brought the shoe from my nearest woodland shoe store, AERO CLUB, shop no. 1,2 3&4 26A,Orchid tower Hindustan park,Kolkata on 31st January 2010.Within one month my right leg shoe’s sole pasting was come out. I went to the store and asking for the replacement but I was informed that replacement is not possible only repair can be done. Then I have asked the store people for repairing and it was repaired.
Within one and half month I have faced the same problem and got the same reply from store………my shoe was repaired only.
Now I have the same problem again and this time not going to the store only for repair.
I need your intervention regarding the matter.

i had purchased a pair of black oxford pattern shoes from Woodland store, shop no.569, ka/198, sneh nagar, alambagh lucknow, on 19 dec 2009, at a discounted amount of Rs 1500. It has been only six months that i have used these shoes and it is already worn out badly. How can a product not run for even six months which is costing one so much. Instead the company says there was no guarantee for the product since there was discount on the product. What about market ethics, this is like cheating the customer. Please take necesary measures to resolve this issue..

I purchased two pair of shoes vide receipt no. 9698 dt. 02.01.2010 from Aero Club, Shop No.1, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi. When I started wearing the shoes within a week the sole of one pair of shoes cracked and came out in pieces. It was given to the same shop for replacement but the same was not done till date. In the second pair of shoes the uppers have started tearing off and the sole has also broken. With such branded costly shoes I am helpless to get my grievance even heard at their shop.

Hi, I am Nitesh Sharma from Gurgaon.

In have bought a pair of shoes of woodland in the month of feb'2010. it was surprised in the month of july as the soel has been completly demaged.

At the time of purchase i was told by the salesman that the warranty will be for 6 month and company will be responsible for any complaint in shoes.

Now in the month of july when i visited at the showroom ,the salesman has completely refused to repair the shoe, they are asking for Rs 450/- .its my uttar surprise .

very pathetic after sale service i have faced by woodland. i have llost my Rs 3000/-.

I purchased a footwear article No. GD 0646109 camel color on 18.07.10 from Woodlaand store, Suffis Arcade, Pattom, Trivandrum attracted by their ad showing "upto 50% off on footwear. At the time of purchase full amount of the product ie; Rs.2495 was billed and I was forced to pay full amount, for which their plea was the product was from pretty fresh/just arrived stock and discount facility could not be extended. But it was found later at home that the manufacturing date in the carton was Nov. 2009, which thay said as FRESH. That matter was mailed to the company on the very same day and till now there is no response. The product has been kept unused.
Please help me to get a full refund or a reasonable discount.

I am astonished by the performance of the footwear of the so called best brand in the footwear range and when i called the above mentioned retailer he clearly denied for any kind of services for the same though it was told to me that the shoes comes under the guarantee of a year. I really doubt that this showroom is selling defective stuf[censored]nder the name of such a big brand. Sir, i shall feel highly obliged i[censored] can look in the matter personally and provide me with the replacement of the same.

i had purchased woodland shoe from indore last year,& i had use it only two to three times & it looks totally new with no wear on sole from its bottom.But on 20.07.2010 while moving of 100 meter with this shoes i found that one of the sole from the shoe is completely come out due to failure in material.Please give the solution for this damaged.I am totally upset with this event,i had very faith in Woodland brand but...

i have purchased an woodland shoe from woodland showroom in thrissur, Aero Club, Franchisee Prime Rose Shop no: 25/479 on 26/03/10.Bill no: 8900..Article no: G5277. and 2 day's after i went to kuwait..but unfortunately my shoe had a damage on the top portion a small piece of leather damaged and it became bigger and bigger..i have used the shoe for 1 week and with this i purchased another company for my use as i thought of subitting it for repair..i reached after my 3 months visit and went to showroom on 1st july and asked for repair. They didn't accept my requestand told that it cannot be done by them asked me to mail to the company with photos and they told that they are doing so to every customers...what can i do with my new shoes i have used only for 1 week..i'am attachin photo graphs along with this and i trust you that you will do the needful that i can get my shoes back with good enough to wear that..My Mobile NO: [protected]
