[Resolved]  WWICS - Immigration Consultant — cheating and negligence

I was under the impression that WWICS is one of the most trusted and successful names amongst all the consultants for immigration to canada and australia. Now that I have seen such a huge complaints, I wonder how will I be able to get the right people to guide me through, for skilled labour catagory immigration. Please help.

I AM ANOTHER VICTIM OF WWICS . AS POSTED BY ALL THEY CHARGE MONEY FOR NO ADDITIONAL SUPPORT THEY PROVIDE. I REALISED TOO LATE THAT ONE CAN DIRECTLY FILE THEIR CASE.

I HAD SIGNED UP WITH WWICS GUWAHATI OFFICE. THAT OFFICE HAS NOW WOUND UP. AS LONG AS IT WAS THERE I WAS GETTING GOOD SUPPORT. NOW MY CASE IS WITH THEIR KOLKATTA OFFICE. THEY ARE A MOST USELESS LOT. CHC ASKED FOR SOME FINAL DOCS. FROM ME. I SUBMITTED TO THEIR KOLKAT OFFICE AND THEY SAT ON IT FOR 1 1/2 MONTHS AND MISSED THE CHC DEADLINE. THEY SAID THEY HAD ASKED FOR EXTENSION. I DOUBTH THEY GOT IT.

I CANNOT ACCES THE WWICS WEB SITE NOW.

THEY ARE REALLY A FRAUD COMPANY, AND NOBODY SHOULD APPROACH THEM NOW AND BE DUPED.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF WWICS !!!

i am Msc in medical lab sciences with few yrs experience . now i am intrested to get PR for canada .As i have already qurried about the immigration process from wwics chandigarh office, but the informatin they send me was not satisfactory enough . now i request you please inform me about the procedure to get a CANADIAN PR. with all other details .

i had told that i would get 2 points for my wifes education which is 12th std
now when i submitted everything they say that u dont qualify for the same

when they take the fees they dont say any thing now they say eveything

Please do not go through WWICS. Its waste of money and time. The people know nothing about the immigration process of any country and all they do is courier service (of course charged to us). I feel sad for paying around 60000 for no service from them. Apply directly and consulates will guide you through in case of any doubts.

Hey everybody...pls stop for a while before you lodge your canada / australia visa case through WWICS (any branch)...Just read my below correspondence with WWICS which is very clear and understanding about the way i got cheated by WWICS.

Can anybody suggest what legal action to be taken to get my hard money withheld by WWICS ??? Can any body give your legal opinion please ?

WWICS Is A Loyale Com. — about Immigration

I migrated to Canada on work permit few years back. At the time of moving to un-known country i was very scared. when I landed over their they provided me tremendous post landing services and during my work permit tenure they have guided me about how to get PR for Canada. and they helped me very well. So I don have any complaint against them. As you know these days knocks are getting changed they dont have any thing in their hand. its all about ur luck. let the right time come to you. I will advise all those who are interested to migrate to Canada, that, Please don't hire any consulting agency as it is not going to add on anything to your case. Infact you can file your case on your own, please refer to www.cic.gc.ca website, which is a canadian govt. website related to issues related to immigration. All the information is readily available, you can download form, guides, procedures, even you can assess yourself, etc etc. There are demerits of hiring a consultant too ie,
Your case will take more time to get processed, as there will be a third party involvement.
You would not be able to communicate with CHC directly, only your agent can.
If you are a literate person...why to hire a consultant and pay them hafty charges just for submission of the case...beleive me these consultant do nothing except submission of case file papers. Some time, these consultants misguides you too.
Chalo bhaut Gyan shyan ki batey ho gaye! Just do what ever your basic instinct says! Wish You all a very Happy New Year!

I am totally agree with all of you, its fraud company, I recon we should complian to higher authority to close all the offices of WWICS as they are cheating Indians, befooling them and when you get stuck with them they never listen to you, nobody even answers your call and then if you go to their ofgive they will never attend you. I cant understand the people who works under them why they also participating in cheating poor people. I had worse experience from jalandhar branch.

This is a the most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life. They do not respond back to your queries. Please please, I would advise you not to go ahead with WWICS. Do you application filing yourself. Its a simple process. Dont make it complicated by hiring WWICS for its services.
