I received the below email after some long years . Even after 8 yrs they want to rob money from their old cheated customer in the name of attorney fees .What is the meaning of the service charge we paid for their service to process our application form ?
Pls avoid this WWICS, no idea how to expose their nakedness .Is there any possibility to catch these cheats through RTI . Pls do instruct
It has been noticed with concern that the processing time frame for finalization of permanent residence (PR) Skilled Worker cases which were filed prior to Ministerial Instructions dated 28 Feb, 2008 has increased beyond the reasonable limits. There are no signs of processing of old cases. Canadian High Commission is at the moment concentrating on new cases which are in process post the Ministerial Instructions dated 26 Jun, 2010 and there is hardly any movement in the older cases.
We (WWICS) had taken up this matter with the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi and they have informed us that they are looking at finalizing the cases filed in mid and later half of 2003 but only those where medicals have been issued. Canadian High Commission, therefore, is not likely to process even the cases of 2004 and beyond in this year or in the near future. Processing time for cases filed in 2004 and later years is, therefore, likely to go much beyond nine years. Similar is the story at some other Visa Posts as cases are not being processed as per committed time period in Acknowledgement of Receipts.
At WWICS we empathize with the anxiety and the apprehensions of our esteemed clients and after consulting lawyers in Canada we have decided to take a special initiative of taking the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) authorities to Court in Canada, whereby our lawyer will commence a law suit on behalf of each of our clients individually who are interested in getting their cases processed in timely fashion. The Canadian lawyer that we have identified for this job has extensive experience in representing such cases. Since your case has been filed prior to the Ministerial Instructions, we would require your consent authorizing the lawyer to file the case on your behalf in the Canadian Court. You will also be required to pay a highly subsidized non refundable fee of CAD$ 700 for the process, covering the fee for the law suit and all other disbursements and expenses involved in the process of getting the Law Suit filed. Please note that as per the information given by our lawyer, Canadian High Commission will take up only those cases who opt for law suit, not others.
Time Frame - Within thirty days of the filing of the case, CIC may be expected to ask the Court to dismiss the action. If the Court refuses to do so - and if enough applicants participate - it is expected CIC will offer to settle. In case of no settlement, it would take 12 to 16 months to obtain a decision from the Court. However, if CIC offers to settle, we would be in settlement negotiations in about three months after the actions have been lodged. Generally, settlement means withdrawal of the litigation without costs in exchange for processing of the file. It would mean that files would be assigned to an officer, reviewed and finalized within a reasonable time-frame. Action would be initiated in case we have sufficient number of litigants.

My case with WWICS is pending from last 7 years I had applied through them in october 2004 when their branch head had assured me that my case would be processed in 3 years maximum. They have closed their mumbai office also now there is no point of contact.
I spoke to chandigarh office they say they are not assuring any fee refund.

I applied from Abudhabi, the next month they closed the branch and told me to contact dubai branch. Since then no response..whatever emails I sent or calls I make. They tell they will update me. Even I called a guy in Punjab who seemed to show some care.But alas he was also a fraud.He never looked into my complaint. I lost 4000 dirhams, about 40, 000 INR to this fraud company. I am also trying to lodge a complaint in consumer court against them. I dont know if I will get my money back. But I will try.
Anyone, please do not goto this fraudsters. Indian government should take action against people like Mr Sandhu who runs this fraud company.

Claiming to be the ''world’s largest immigration group'', multi-billion rupee WorldWide Immigration Consultancy Services (WWICS) here is under the police scanner after it was found dealing in work permit visas without having a licence for it.
Chandigarh police, which have a special investigation team to probe into the immigration fraud being played on youth by immigration firms in and around this city, conducted raids on the sprawling headquarters of the WWICS in Mohali near here and other offices of the firm in recent days. Police claim to have found that WWICS had been running its business ‘illegally’ since it had no licence from the Protectorate of Emigrants since 2008.
But a WWICS spokesman said: “The services provided by WWICS are not under the ambit and not amenable to the provisions of The Emigration Act, 1983. We are working in a transparent manner since 1993 and have built the trust and confidence of the people.”
The first raid on WWICS was at its office here in Sector 22 on February 2 along with 19 other immigration firms in the city. The offices of all firms were sealed by police and documents and records taken away for investigations.
“WWICS is a big name in this field. We did our complete homework before raiding their premises. Serious anomalies in their business were found during investigations. They have been fooling people for a long time. Investigations are still being made from their records and the people they have sent abroad without having the licence to do so, ” SIT head Anil Joshi said here.
As per the WWICS website, “Established in 1993, the WorldWide Immigration Consultancy Services is the world leader in providing Global Resettlement Solutions, which is vouched by more than 80, 000 people who have happily settled in their dream destinations like Canada, USA, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
WWICS and its promoters have been in controversies earlier over immigration cases and land dealings. A golf resort set up by the company near Chandigarh was declared illegal by the Supreme Court.

I have initially filed for my arranged employment in July 2009, but it was not filed for HRMDC Approval. Then after they have issued me the same job offer on 19th January 2012. So in 32 month i am struggling to get my job offer letter approved for HRMDC. I need an explanation why there is a delay for my approval. does it take 32 month to take an approval from HRMDC. I have paid my 2 installments of 5000 dollars each on time then why there is such a long delay of 32 month to take an approval from HRMDC. I have given some personal commitments to my family

I am victim like above all. WWICS frauds were behind me for availing their service saying once i pay the retention fee they will be taking care of my australian immigration. They convinced me and collected a cheque of 56180 as their retention fee. They atook money and not provided me any agreement. When i asked about it they saidwe will give you agreemen and till oday there is no agreement.
After debiting the money they hardly have contacted me and i have to compell them for process and other things finally they sent a document check list for ACS assessment. I have submited my docs as per their check list and they were sleeping on the document saying they already submited for scrutiny. In between they were forcing me to pay 1300 USD which was not told before. When i questioned them about it they said its their fee for postlanding services.
I asked them without applying for visa why you are asking me to pay post landing services. They said thats their policy(policy is just to take money and not to provide qny service).
For this payment wheni visited the office i came to know that they have done nothing with my document and waiting for the postlanding service fee. As per the Branch manag Suresh and Territory Manager Dharmaraj Hegde, they have sent my documents to their headoffice and they are doing scruitiny. I seized my documents from bangalore office and said about my dissatisfaction and asked for withdrawing the service. They said they cannot refund money its ok if you withdraw.
I have contacted their head office for refund of money and after lot of calls and followups they have agreed for Rs30000 refund and saying they have to deduct minimum administration fee of Rs26180. I questioned them for what administration they have done other than cheating. Then they doesnt have any answer. I have sent couple of communications to their various departments and there is hardly some response.
Please look into this issue and help me to get my money back.

Already Mnagalesh has cheated me by saying by getting sasatchewan visa i can land in Sasatchawan and moved around any where in canada which is a greatest lie and he provoked me by asking this and made me to pay and start the process. After few months when i went through some website and came to know that we have to stay in saschatwan for 2 yrs before moving out. I complained the same to Ramjee and Fathima they told that was a wrong info from Manglesh - without knowing complete info abt immigration how come they can give us a wrong suggestion for our immigration, now all our dreams and ambition are broken becoz of their fault.2 nd lie is the timilines they promissd me to get JO in 4-6 months time but it took 11 month for me to recieve the JO.Mangalesh promised me PR visa in 18 months time, now when i ask about the same to Ramjee and Fathima they say it will take a total time of 28 months this also clearly says that WWICS chennai are trying to give wrong info to people to get them into immigration or misscommunication between employees of WWICS - chennai which lead in misguidence of people .Other lie is the amount or budget that they promised 6.5 lacs for entire process.Were ever i mention Mangalesh or Ramjee or Fathima - I mean to say ITS WWICS - Chennai.I dont wat to offend any one personally.I am being seriously affected by their lies and Misguidence, I dont know what to do now since i am in middle of the things. WWICS had an office in Trivandrum, Ernakulam, and Kottayam in Kerala. But they shut down all these offices, because some people who had been cheated of their hard earned money, vandalised their Trivandrum office around 1 year back.And a case of cheating and fraud filed against them.So now they dont have an office in Trivandrum or Ernakulam.

June of last year WWICS was recommended to me by a friend who has previously used her services to apply for his permanent residency.
