With regards to the bus booking failure and the payment being debited from your credit card, we would like to inform you that we depend on connectivity with the respective external systems and suppliers. We have limited control over successful confirmations, due to reasons like lack of seat availability at the supplier system. We have tried confirming the same booking, however have not received a favorable response from the supplier.
We do understand that this could be quite frustrating for you, however we would like to assure you that a refund has been processed on Oct 6th, 2010 and should reflect in your credit card account within the next 3 working days.
