[Resolved]  www.myitreturn.com — Reimbursement of excess deducted amount from my account on the time of e-filling of IT Return

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are all of our colleagues files IT Return 2009 through the internet to using www.myitreturn.com these websites. Near about 10 nos. of colleagues IT returns filing on different date. But one of them, I trying to fill his (Mr. S.C. Satpathy, PAN No. AYKPS5893H) IT return through my Debit Card on 27.08.09, their 'ccavenue.com/charge' link deducted three times amount of Rs.597 because poor internet connection. Where as charge is Rs.199. I mailed to myitreturn customer care unit three to four times with two times reminder mail. But till date I haven’t get my money which is excess deduct from my account. They also give me track to inquiry no. LTK[protected]X.
I am also copy paste cyber receipt deducted amount from my Axis Bank belows:-
