[Resolved] www.rechargefree.com — Non Refund of recharge rs 36 by stating that recharge is done already though it is not done | |||
This is regarding reference no.[protected] of rechargefree.com, I had requested for bsnl recharge of rs 36 for subscribing to saral anant plan.The site says that recharge is successfully completed.But recharge is not done at all.I checked the balance,it shows that you are in General Plan and validity is 07/OCT/2012.I had attached the screenshot.I atleast wanted bsnl transaction ID and bsnl number from which it was recharged so that I can raise complain to BSNL CC. They ignored the problem everytime with message: Dear Sir, Your recharge is completed successfully Thanks & Regards Rechargefree.com I trusted your words and wasted Rs 220 to check if rs 36 was recharged or not and found that my validity was same as 07/10/2012.I did mistake of trusting their message.So to confirm it again I recharged with Rs 34.I had attached the screenshot.After I recharged rs 34,I found that my validity changed from 07/10/2012 to 08/04/2013 after it was recharged.Hence I conclude that rs36 was not recharged and I was cheated by their fraud website. I had done a DISH TV recharge of Rs. 500 from www.rechargefree.com.
However the recharge was not done and my money was deducted from my account. I have put up a mail in their customer care but there is no response from their side

I would further add do not recharge on rechargefree.com for any service provider as the company is a fraud with no telephone nos. and they do not reply to the mails/complaints sent
www.rechargefree.com — no refund on failure of recharge transaction
There is recharge failure for BSNL and AIRTEL service provider through www.rechargefree.com. The reference no are[protected] dated 19 Feb 2013(Rs 110), [protected] dated 19 Feb 2013 (Rs 249) and [protected] dated 18/ Feb 2013 (Rs 249) .I tried to recharge above said service provider through internet banking in www.rechargefree.com. But transaction failed with deduction of amount from my SBI account and money is not refunded.
