delivery schedule they have to supply my product with in 10-15 Working days means it has to get delivery

My Calls to Support Ph. No. :[protected], SMS ph No.: +91 [protected], also[protected] from past 7 Working days
These People still no Clarity to Product Delivery Schedule

All these My Communication I only got one Email saying they will delivery in 7 more Working days
means delivery should on 3-7-2012, Nothing in Progress Yet

The Product witch I have Placed Order “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 “ These people
are telling Due to Out of Stock, we are not able to delivery in time
But the same Product Entry is still in their Site for ready to Sell

About this Issue I have Enough Print Screens Total About the Whole Transaction
And call voice records Soft copies Enough E-Mail References with me

I want somebody Guide me to put an complaint Through Lawyer & Get my Product as soon as Possible
delivery also They have Wasted my Valuable Business Time since last 32 Days for that i need compensation

Need you People help to give Proper Punishment for
such Irrespective E-Commers Companies Brought up like Mushrooms in India
& Enjoying with customer's Money by holding Long Time in their accounts and Not Delivering Products in Time
Even not Respecting to customer's when those are calling

Samsung — not yet received my products after 40 days also

Hi,

I booked tv, refregerator, 2 dvd's through my friend in bangalore(who is working for samsung through wipro) on 09/05/08. I paid all the money for that but yet i haven't received my products.
i raised a complaint in support.[protected]@samsungindia.com but there is no progress.And these dealers are very hard to talk, they simply push to other people.There is no response from any one.
its very frustrating in dealing this.
Please think once when u r buying this products.

samsung/ dvd-rw — not giving any responce

i my self saurabh lal manka of jamshedpur . i had purchase a sumsung DVD-RW on 08-09-07 my DVD-RW model no-Sh-S182, my product serial no is 6RGL600527 and given for service on[protected]my problem was my DVD-RW was it was totally dead)
i got it back on 2-08-08 but it was not repaired properly now it was not able to read any disc . i gave back to them on the same day and till now 18-08-08 i have not get my DVD-RW back and the service center men are telling they will call me when my wrighter will com i am crying from samsung jamshedpur service center(superon service, kadma, jamshedpur)
and when i tell my problem to the shopkeeper from whom i had purchased he is telling me to go to service center and tell them to wright the work order no and he will provide me new one by the company .when i go to service center and ask them to give me my service no they are not giving and telling my they will call me when my writer will come .
i had failed

hi, my self manish i hve purchased samsung DVDrw model no.SH-S202J, serial no.P9826RCQ107303l from patiala on march 2008. after 4 months my dvdrw has suffered with the power problem so i deposited my writer on 30aug, 08 in patiala branch.patiala branch has send my dvdrw for repair to chandigarh but my dvdrw can't send me back till today.i m very frusted .

Final today after 15 days since the Last E-mail Reply asking 3-4Working days again

for that e-mail I didn't reply Based on 3 Reasons
A) I defiantly Know that they will not Delivery with in 4 working days
B) 1st. they told 10-15 & asking 5-7 More Days, now Again asking 3-4 working days without any shy
I understand from other Vic-teams of "timtara" this is their Regular Business Style
C) Based on their E-Mail Request again If we Keep Quite they will take advantage & Drag Mare time
This is how they run the Show

So Who are Such Same Less Irrespective Business & Wrong Attitude People Should Punish
at any cost, I still Stick up on my Stand, that These people should get Punish
I need my Product & also Compensation for this Delay, for Wasting my Valuable Office time since 40 Days

I need correct Person to Guide us for Legal Proceedings
for that we are ready to pay Honorable Fee
(the same I can Refund from timtara.com)

I Purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab2 by online payment of Rs 15,950/- on 31st May 2012. I called many times in day to Customer Care but they are not responding Properly. I had many sleepless nights and my hard earned money is on stake. so please help me to deliver my product as soon as possible. Its showing awaiting Shipment from last 5 weeks,
