[Resolved] Yatra.com — no refund | |||
Hi, This is in reference to my booking no 3YXUZE. I attempted to book online ticket through my debit card first and as per the payment gateway, the purchase was not successful due to an error on the website, however was charged for that transaction which should have not be done. Since that time I have escalated this issue many times and there is only on response which says that refund has been processed on 10 th sept. If it was processed then how can it take a month? Can I get atleast a realistic answer for the same? I am very upset with the kind of support these guys have provided. I was planning to purchase from yatra again, but after this support I shifted to cleartrip.com. Kindly have someone to look into this issue. Thanks, Shweta Was this information helpful? | |||

I am totally Agree with it.
I have also booked the flight. I have not received the refund amount yet. After 15days also. Every day their Customer care is responding the it will take 1 more day and more days.
I Never like to book any more ticket for yatra.com.
They have the worst service and No response also.

MY TRAIN GOT CANCELLED ON 24DEC 2011'. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. YATRA.COM IS NOT READY TO TALK ON PHONE OR IN PERSON ON THIS ISSUE. I MAIL TO THEM EVERY SECOND DAY. I had booked a airindia return flight from Allahabad to Delhi (12 Nov 14) with ref no. [protected] from yatra.com which had been cancelled by the airline. I am frequently asking for refund from yatra.com to refund but are not listening & even do not bother to reply to my mails. It is almost 2 & half months now. Should I lodge a FIR for forgery against yatra.com

Immediately i got a call from your customer care saying this is a soft transaction which has happened and you will get a refund within 24 hrs and then he guided me to make a payment and i payed with my credit card. Now it is more than 96 hours and my cash is yet to be credited in my account. Now when i call your customer care they say you need more 48 hrs to check with the bank. .

On Apr 29th, I called up this hotel to note down the directions to reach there. That was when I got the shock of my life. I was told by the company that they have no rooms and they had informed so to Yatra, but they had still continued booking with the hotel. I was confirmed this by one Mr. Vikram, proprietor of Silk Corporate Residences. Yatra's support and call center numbers never work. Luckily, I got the number of one Gagandeep, Yatra representative at Chennai, and told him about the booking. He reverted back with alternative offers, all of which were either very expensive or not in the place of my choice. In stead, I urged him to process the refund since I was anyway not getting the product promised by them.
I was assured by Gagandeep first and later by one Naveen Bazaz that my refund would be processed in 2-3 working days. It is already third week, but I have not recieved the refund credit on my card. A couple of call backs to Gagandeep only resulted in empty promises. Now they have stopped taking my phone calls. I am sure that I may not even get the refund unless I take the legal way.
