DONT EVER TRY THIS WEBSITE: I am not here to make any jokes... do you guys think you are too intelligent. i am not doing a normal ticket booking.. it is a tatkal ticket booking. it is something like life or death. i cannot wait for 20 minutes to check the bookings. every minute delay will affect the vacany of seats. when i started i saw 286 tickets in the Sleeper class for the same train. with in this problem 10 minutes of time all 286 has been sold out. that is the reason i called you guys the same morning (Aug 20), where a lady took the call. i gave my Email Address, my friends credit card number that i used to book, i gave the yatra reference number, KR2RIC, my first and last name. she took so much time and told there is nothing booked under any of this info. and hence i went to http://irctc.co.in and booked the ticket with out any error. i thought yours is private one and will not have any issues. but i realize that GOVERNMENT website is the best than any other one. i will never ever accept this.and will not recommend your website to any one. i work in a corporate company with 10000 and i ll ensure i will publish this in the newsletter and will make caution them not to use YATRA. I have the call details in my phone bill to prove all these things. pick out the recording of the call and listen to the call. i also work as a manager in a BPO. the lady gave an irresponsible answer to me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. As i know very well about tatkal, i called you guys to verify and the agent misguided me and that was the whole drama. I NEED MY MONEYBACK. I WILL ENSURE I FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY REGARDING THIS. i will NOT LEAVe this issue. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. CREDIT THE MONEY BACK TO MY FRENS CARD. I need the compensation money back... I am very clear on this, the reason is i called you guys to check what has happened and then only i lost faith on your website and moved on to a different website. so there is nothing wrong with my side. Did you listen to the call that was handled by the stupid lady. if i wait for 20 minutes and if the booking has failed, what your company would have done. Please tell. will you guys would have given me a special train to go to my native. PLEASE ANSWER.
APART FROM THIS TELL ME ONE THING. SHOULD I BELIEVE COMPUTER OR THE HUMAN. COMPUTER SAYS WAIT 20 MINUTES (Which is mere stupidity for a TADKAL case) and when i called your CUSTOMER SERVICE, she was saying THERE IS NO TICKET Even under PENDING STATE. Should i believe computer or Human. you have human help line to make clarifications for the Computer errors.
DO ME A FAVOUR. I have taken all steps to file a legal case under you guys, so that you will not be able to sell tadkal tickets any more. I just need the recording of the call in which the yatra agent was saying there is no booking pending in the particular order number.
I will never ever recommed you guys, already i made all my frens to use WWW.MAKEMYTRIP.COM, and i have cascaded this mail to all my team members asking not to use Yatra.com and i work for world leading BPO which has branches in lot of countries in the world. www.suth.com
