[Resolved]  Yes Bank — Faulty ATM Machine

Hi, this is Ashutosh A Pandey from Mumbai Andheri (E), I am very frustrated and annoyed. I happened to withdraw Rs. 200 from Yes Bank located at Sahar Road Andheri (E) using my ICICI Bank Debit card on Saturday 14 March 2009 at 12:30, the money was withdrawn without any problem but while the machine was trying to eject the Debit Card it was trapped at the place where we insert the card. I was able to see the card but unable to remove it, so I informed the security guard named “Ramdhani Pandey” standing over there he said that this is an ongoing issue from last 2 weeks and there are many victims. I also requested the "Brinks Arya" employee the one who load the ATM machine with money, they opened the machine and said that they will not be able to hand over the card to me because a entry has been done in the ATM machine for my card. I called Yes Bank at [protected] and had a word with “Rachel” she said that she will not be in a better position to do any so she transferred my call to Linnet at [protected] and “Linnet” said that to be very honest to you sir the card will be discarded and you have to apply for a new card from ICICI Bank. I said I am not ready for this because the problem is with the machine and I was happens to see the Brinks Arya employee removing the other cards which was trapped, so there are so many victim of this machine. Finally she said that the card will be given it you but on Tuesday 17 March 2009. I don't think this is justice to any one for these three days I have to beg and request my friends and family for money. I had to pay my bill for Airtel that I couldn't pay, and I am not sure whether tomorrow I will be able to get my card from Yes Bank. I need help please do response as early as possible. I do have all the recordings of the call (Conversation) transaction slip.
