You Telecom — Service Problem, Showing UnUsed MB memory Usage

After all these many days running out, you finally given this to me. If you would have tell me in the very beginning days I would have considered this in another manner. This is nothing but fooling the customer even there are so many cases even I didn’t used for 10MB also you showed me that 70MB. And there is clear case where I downloaded file of 180MB you showed me 396MB + 125MB+125MB.

You people just made note of my complaints will never looked into seriously. If you would have seriously looked into it , you would have visited at least once into my place and verified the problem where it is.

Anyway thanks for your mail. Up to this time I only suffered with your service, now I will not leave it like this.
After Consumer complaint we both have to face the problem if any on both the ends.

I am not going to leave this as I paid almost 1500/- and if you fail to resolve this problem.
This I will definitely give a complaint. You are not considering this as a serious problem. I clearly told the customer care that even the virus problem occurred by the person send by you. Even you never send anyone to identify and find out the resolution.

Clearly tell me why you waived 250MB. This is meaningless, on what basis you waived also I don’t know.

I will definitely log a complaint against you-telecom as you people suffered me a lot and fairly doing this favor to me. I told about all the problems given by you in the call several times, this time I am not going to specify anything in the mail more than this. (check the call history how many times I called you and how many times that you replied to me).

Whatever the issue comes to you, you have to face this. This is definite I will definitely going to approach consumer forum.

Thanks for all the support given by you these days. I saw so many times you never be favor to the customer even the problem at your end.

In the said context ,This is to inform you that we have check all the details and there is no problem in mbs rating .Mbs are reflecting in record whatever mbs are used for downloading at the time of accessing the net so there is no change of reversal of mbs .

As our concern coordinator has call and inform you that 250mbs are reversed in your account because of some virus problem in your pc and there is no fault from our side but as a special consideration we have reversed 250 mbs as exceptional case ,we can not give you any more mbs credit.

See the excel sheet, and find the difference I expect but it showing that I consumed more memory. Whereas sometimes it is not even used.

I found a difference of 1210.038MB. where as you people waived only 250MB.

I called you people several times and logged complaint. Everyone making a note of complaint and keep on pending, but no one are updating.

Can you look into this. As a customer I am suffering on the same issue from very beginning of the connection

At last I raised a call request on last Friday, but no one called me. I don’t you people are considering seriously the customer problems.
