I have been using this broadband connection for over a year now. Initially I was promised a plan of 512Kbps for 6months+1 month free (I have this written on the receipt issued as proof) but I wasn't 1 month of free period. After this plan was expired, I was offered a plan of 512Kbps for 1Year+Router free. Even this time I haven't received the router till now (its been almost 2 months). There is no place to lodge a complaint, even the call center people don't respond, customer service is very poor.
One thing to note is that on their official website, they don't have space to leave comments about their service, coz they know that they are providing very inferior quality of service.
Also, after registering for a complaint on their website, one receives a message saying "your complaint has been resolved" within 2 hrs, without even asking what the complaint was!!!! They are just making a fool o[censored]s!!! Plz don't buy this connection at all! Was this information helpful? |

YOU representative Mr Vivek had come to my home to renew the account for one year ( plan Angel 512- 1mbps)
He told and mentioned on the receipt ( top of the receipt) that I would get one month extra free
Later when I checked my account on YOU site it is not showing that I got one month extra
I complained on customer care 3-4 times

I called around 15-20 times and every time I am put on wait and finally get - good bye -msg.
It is so irritating!!
Now when I notice my account on your site it says - Router free
When I was renewed my account Vivek did not tell me that I can get router free but promised one month free
Now neither I got one month free nor router
Few weeks back Vivek called me on phone and collected xerox copy of my receipt
Dont you think that YOU is cheating the customers??
I had sent my complaints by email two times with scanned copy of the receipt and screen image of my account on your webpage showing my account details. However there is no reply.
