Non-booking of Gas Cylinder Dear Sir, Sub.: Non-booking of Gas Cylinder Gas Connection No.50879- Yadu Gas Seva, D-33, Site-4, Ind.Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P.. I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 15 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. All the 3 .booking no. are not responding.The last time I had to go there in person to remind them of non delivery of my previous booking(one month back).I was told that all their phones were out of order.But even after one month the same status remains-I am not able to contact them. Please arrange to get my complaint solved at the earliest and to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last one month. After serveral trial I have finally get chances to get book my cylinders. But this is really ridiculous that you need to try so many times for single booking. This must get resolved based on priority. Gas is basic need and without it everything get in chaos.
i have been trying to connect the given numbers but unable to do so. Its been 1 year that i got connection from sahibabad agency but i got delivery just once & thet even after calling 100s of time.

This has been a ongoing problem with Yadu Gas Services that their phones are busy.It is extremely difficult to book a cylinder through phone. Today also i am trying to book a cylinder but the phones are busy since morning.
i had tried all the no. given for more than an hour and could not book request. its high time to bear all this by a pvt company acting like a govt agency. i feel helpless.

Even I have been trying to book my cylinder on following phone numbers:[protected]/34/35/36 and[protected] but no one receives the call. The phone will be ringing or busy only. I am new at Indirapuram. I don't know, whom to complain about it. I am totally helpless now. Trying to buy cylinder from Black Market only.
Indian Oil Authority should take an action on it but they will never do that as It is their business and they are getting money. They will never think of our trouble and pain.Better change to some other company like HP, Bharat & etc.
