hopeless BHARGAVI MARUTI SUZUKI SERVISE CENTER NELLORE ANDHRA PRADESH .i have replaced my car wind shield.they took 3days to replace.after 12days the beeding of glass became loss glass came out completly.and they repared my car a/c it worked for 5 days
so from this i will never come to your servise center and i wont recamond any one
to go to ypur service center

ZEN — VERY VERY POOR DEALER SERVICE

Dear Maruti,

I am feeling so sad to say this but is really the exact experience i have been suffering for the last continuous 20 days, that maruti is not worried about the thing that customer is almost being "HARRASED at their AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION".I am a 2 years old customer with maruti and was enjoying with my car, unfortunately met with an accident and the car got damaged.it was insured by maruti so i got to the maruti service station and i am being told every day that you will get ur car serviced tommorrow and this is happeing for the last continuous 15 days.
The dealer has also misplaced the Original kays of the car handed over to him, and asking me to pay for the new lock.The car was equipped with center locking so will be a add on to my problem.
The dealer is "MODERN AUTOMOBILES , Located at KARNAL-132001".
Take this complaint as an intimation from my side as notice and on not being taken any action against the DEALER i will have to proceed further to the concerned Authorities.
