Dear Sir,

I have given my vehicle Zen Estilo having registration No. MP 07 CA 2738 on[protected] to M/S Madhusudan Motors Agra for minor denting painting. I have submitted claim for minor denting painting and replacement of broken back/tail light of same side of dents, but Bajaj Allianz General insurance company Limited has not passed/cleared the claim, as I feel surveyor wants some perk for passing the claim. You are requested to ask the reason and intimate me for next action. Please also intimate that what covered in claim for right side/left side accident (As back light and tail lights are fitted at corner edges) claify.
