Dear Sir Madam
This is regarding my earlier complaint Where I had Informed the company how i was duped By Mr Amit Banerjee Sales Head in Kolkata in being dealer of Zerob with all false promises and making me invest with schemes that does not exists in company policy but to my sadness Company didn't take any interest in solving the matter so i have no way left but to go public in Social media and take legal help along with knocking the doors of Consumer forum and Ministry of Corporate Affairs
i am very sorry to say that it may malign the company image but i have been left with no choice as company has initiated no action even after getting formal complaint.
I strongly doubt Companys ethics

    I purshases zero b iron exchange softner and ro water filter in july 2018 and since then i am facing issue with both of them. Internal parts of softner were damaged while installation and due to this softner never woked as expected. Even after multiple complaints and follow up, nothing happend. Worst product and even worst service by zero b. Would no recommend to anyone to buy this product from zero b

      I have been using the ZERO B Emerald RO water purifier. It has been a good product and i have had good service people but in 2017 I did and AMC of two years so that I do not have to chase for service and maintenance like cleaning and filter change etc. but that was the last I heard from them. After repeated reminders and calls at the service center no represenative has come to clean or change filters. Very very sorry state of affairs. I had paid a hefty sum of almost 8500 for two years AMC...no service worth 1 paise also done...unable to get their attention to action.

        Purchased a new water purifier of zero-b from their distributor in lucknow on 25-5-17. Within few days it is not working properly so i called customer care on 14-6-17 and my complain no. [protected] but till date no representative of company came despite i have lodged my complain thrice to them.
        Every time i call they say that your complain is escalated and problem is solved asap but nothing happening so i'm writing to you.

          My 3 year old daughter use to fall sick now and then. Gave her the necessary treatment but it did not affect. Later, one of our relative advised us to go for a water purifier. We got the demo done of Zero B Eco RO and now since 5 months of regular use the improvement had drastically risen. The customer care noticed our problem very accurately and never delayed whenever we called. Now she has improved in health.

            Water is the essential element for each one. Tried hard to resolve, hectic day schedule, coming home to face a water issue. We opted for Zero B ECO RO and now drinking water issue is resolved. We made few calls to customer care as we were new to the usage of the machine. Their technician explained very well and hence it has helped to sustain. We are using it since 10 months and its of great help.

              We had a very old water purifier in junk condition. I thought lets search what’s new in the market so many things popped as I was searching. My eye caught hold of Zero b UV Grande, also saw the demo facility and was impressed. As drinking water was the need of the hour and also important to handle immediately. I got the demo done in my friends house, just know the authenticity of Zero B UV Grande. Later I got in touch with Zero B and installed UV Grande and since 11 months of regular use never faced complaints.

                We had shifted from native place few days back and I received a call from my wife in office. She said I have arranged for a demo of water purifier so come soon. For more than 15 days we were buying 20ltrs water bottle regularly. The demo went good and so my wife and I decided to buy Zero B water purifier Eco RO, in the beginning I really did not understand what is RO. In our native land we do not bother that much. Finally got Zero B Eco RO installed and since 7 months we have had no big issues. Initially I called up customer care several times and they did revert with a solution.

                  The basic need of children is good water. Sometimes things are really impossible. One of the resident of my got through with Zero B and had called even me for the demo process. I was the next one to get the water issue resolved with ZeroB. Since 7 months of now we have installed Zero B Kitchenmate and all done with space management. So, ultimately issue resolved for drinking water for children and the entire family as well.
                  Effects of hard water are really dangerous for health. We had bore well water supply in our society and it was really very bad experience. I inquired in the society regarding drinking water. Each home had water purifiers of different brands. My Aunt had arranged a demo for Zero B Solar water purifier and it was really helpful to decide. The taste of the bore well water turned so good through the water purifier. As I was there for the demo and that really made a difference since 9 months of continuous use it helped us a lot.

                    Its really depressing. After coming home from work to face a water issue. Tried hard to resolve but still did not work. At times it is easier to handle few issues but when it comes to drinking water then it is really hard. Suddenly my maid said why don’t you use ZeroB water purifier like our new neighbour. After speaking to them we opted for Zero B Pristine and now drinking water issue is resolved.

                      Drinking water is a need of every individual. My parents searched the internet also kept talking to neighbors regarding drinking water. Ultimately they decided for Zero B Eco Ro.The space factor is something that really worked well with us and after the demo we got it installed immediately. We have being using it since 10 months and it's really convenient. My family have never faced problems with the customer care as had contacted them a couple of times and they reverted back in the specified time zone with the solution.

                        Rains, water pollution and need of pure water all comes in a package. One of my neighbor suggested for Zero B water purifier and also gave the website details. I just clicked the website to see what’s so good about it. They had a free demo and could make a choice of water purifier. They explained all well about the advantages and disadvantages as well. I was ready to decide so went ahead and got my Zero B Pristine Water Purifier installed in the coming week. We are using it since 13 months now and customer care reverts back whenever there is any issue.

                          Challenges come along with solutions so one should not bother much about it but work it out. Drinking water should always be the best. My daughter said that zero b is good as her classmates has it installed at her home. She said it is working so fine and no issues. Water taste is also good even though they have bore-well water supply. I decided to go along with my daughter’s advice. Nowadays teens are really exploring. She booked for a demo and i was convinced so got it installed the next week. Since 14 months of daily use till now and i have to say that my daughter made a good choice.
                          My mother told me not to buy water purifier without scrutinizing. I was really confused but when my neighbor gave us information about the demo which is done before purchase. It really relieved me. I told my family to search Zero b site and check the details and price and whether customer care responds.We were happy about the information we had in hand so booked for an demo. Asked mom to join for the demo and ultimately she finalized the purifier and we got it installed within 3 days. We are using Zero B Eco RO now for more than 2 years and its really good.
                          Free Demo for a water purifier made me feel at ease. I had to actually hunt for weeks to get the information that I needed. We had to be extra careful regarding drinking water as there are small kids at home. I liked the latest technology of Zero B Eco RO. My family finalized to install it after the free demo. Customer care was good to revert back as and when needed along with the solution. We are using it since 14 months and it is really good.

                            I have purchased Zero-B around 3 years before, day before yesterday when i saw the tank from inside it has become yellow and ants were there all over.
                            Company had sent the service guy Mr. Sanjay ([protected]) who came and saw the tank.

                            Mr. Sanjay Discussed the same with his senior but they gave me no option just to purchase a new Zero-B or provide them 4000 rs to replace the body.
                            I just confirmed that if after paying 4000 rs again the body becomes yellow, they gave me no guarantee for that.

                            They are not ready to listen.they are saying they will provide a new zero b machine by paying the full amount and this yellow one will be taken back for 500 rupees.

                              Being zero b eco ro user since 10 months it’s very convenient. The search was made by my mom on acchawater.com it has space management factor. As our home and kitchen is not that big it helped our family a lot. I had to call customer care few times because it was a new experience and trying to get accustomed to it. They gave real good feedback. No major issues as yet.

                                The product has many defects. The water tanker's top part is defective it is not properly designed to cover the tanker. This is letting the insects, dust and all crap enter into the water tanker. I have lodged the complaint at every service no. but still not got any service regarding it. Which Water purifier does the exact opposite of its work? If they will not repair it I will like to have my money back and let me take another purifier from a better company.
                                The product has easy installation factor and as it was very difficult for me to take a holiday so I left it to be completed by my family. Surprisingly when I turned home in the evening it was already installed. As we have a small baby at home so need to be more cautious. This worked better. Since 10 months o[censored]sage but still no complaints.
                                I had being out to attend a seminar and unaware what my family was facing behind regarding drinking water facility as we had recently bought our new home. It was pleasant place to move in and good for a change as well.One of my relative mentioned to us regarding Zero B and that it eliminates the waste water factor. I got a call from home that drinking water problem was not yet solved. Everyone in the locality had different water purifiers. We planned soon to get it installed, my family hesitated as I was not available but when I called the customer care and fixed the date and time for installation the process was done without any delay. Before I could reach home Zero B Eco RO was installed. Since then 4months passed we have no major issues regarding it.
                                Worst purifier will not recommend to any one

                                  I installed a brand new water purifier and within a month it broke down. The service technician came did a surgery by chopping and joining wires to fix the problem. Who does this kind of surgery on a new piece and what is the guarantee it will not break down again. Now the service center and sales person have stopped returning my calls also. Very poor service!

                                    I have purchased a ZERO B RO water purifier. I called up their customer care and lodged a complaint. No one turned up. I lodged 4 complaints within next 6 days. No one turned up. Still No response. I called up their local service center in Kolkata. They committed to come for repair but still no one turned up. Now, I am following up for last 6 days but no one is responding to me for service of RO system. I hope this company has cheated us. Now I want my money back and I want to return their RO. I am also going to file a case against zero B in CONSUMER COURT. I am really surprised with the kind of service in this essential item company is trading. They should be banned. I am quoting complain no.[protected] where I must have called 20 times at their customer care no. and getting the same reply that the senior person going to contact you and rectify the problem.

                                    Zero b has water leakage problem and it has filled my kitchen three times in the last three months. I have maintenance plan but they come and do something but it did not solve the problem. Everytime there is a different issue.

                                      Logged an SR on 3rd June for leakage from the Zero B Outlet tap. Despite multiple calls to the Zero B Customer Care No. ([protected]) there has been no re-dressal so far. Not a single call back, not a single visit. Just the same response every time - "we will send an engineer today." My product is 10 months old and the tap is already faulty and will probably need replacement. The company is trying to escape from its responsibility within the warranty period so I don't know what will happen once the warranty is over.

                                          I have zero-b we moved from kolkata to here as such we dint take amc now there is leakage when we called up the service person came checked the product and dint do anything and went back when we called again we were told since we havent taken amc it cannot be serviced... This sheer cheating of consumers when they want to sell they come with gifts and et al but when it comes to service after buying they say these...

                                            I have complaint two times through the toll free number of the company but they didn't respond properly.(Complaint no.-267872 & 268134).After complaining they sent a letter to me ,which contained the text that "they said that a technician had already visited your house and the purifier 1&2 cartridge to be replaced.But no technician has come till now and the product is in guarantee period.
                                            i had purchased zero b ro in june 2012. after that no service is done inspite of the fact that i had requested on[protected] on your no.[protected] and again on[protected]. but no action is taken. i hope that my complaint will be attended immediately and in future i will not get any chance of complaint.

                                              service is no at all good done by zero b people .. will be at door steps to collect the annual maintenance registration but wont be able to come when we call for service... after the guarantee period done they come and say that part has gone this part has gone and to pay money for it..

                                                  I am Mr. S.A. Kanaka Raju from Vizag. I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a ZeroB Ultimate Stage7 RO System on 12/11/2009 and was issued a warranty card with expiry dated 12/11/2010. My ZeroB unit's serial number is 19041.

                                                  The system was sold and installed by Mr. Suresh Kumar (Mob: [protected]) and Mr.Uma Mahesh (Mob: [protected]). I had been facing issues since installation and had lodged several phonic complaints to the above two employees. But I was repeatedly assured of service and was ignored.

                                                  The toll free number also given on the pamphlet along with the unit was not in working order and both Mr. Suresh and Mr. Uma Mahesh were not at all co-operative to help me out in this situation. I was assured at the time of sale that the toll free number was the only number I required to lodge a complaint and get a fast service.

                                                    There is continuous water leakage/seepage from the tap after 2 weeks o[censored]se. No invoice has been provided despite several reminders. I had also requested for a plastic cover for the unit while placing the order. On each reminder, I have been informed that this is out of stock and will be provided later.
                                                    For many days, I have called each of their toll free and local numbers for my complaint and no action has been taken.

                                                    The only plus point is that the product, when working, does provide clean, tasty, low TDS water better than brands like Kent. Prices of Kent and Zero B are comparable. However, from my experience of 3 weeks, I wonder whether to recommend it or not.

                                                    Zero B RO Water Purifier — The System not working properly within 2 weeks of purchase

                                                    I bought 10 Liter capacity of RO system and installed at home. after 2 weeks the storage got leakage .
                                                    i called up and launch complaint and followed up for 30 to 40 time in 2 days, there is no response and the manager never pick the call. very bad service, pls dont go for this system.

                                                    WE HAVE THE WATER PURIFIER FROM THIS COMPANY AND THERE IS ARE VERY FREQUENT BREAK DOWNS. ALSO WHEN WE COMPLAIN NO ONE IS BOTHERED.

                                                    USING THIS PRODUCT THERE IS A LOT OF WATER THAT IS WASTED.

                                                    Their sales team is very active and follow up with people for installing the RO machines but once the machine is installed they did not listen and do not come /depute their personnel for servicing even after repeatedly calling them up on phone. I do not know whether ION Exchange does have any 24 hrs customer complaint service for registering complaint regarding domestic RO water purifiers servicing. One Mr.R.B.Singh, Asst Mgr Sales and Mr.Amal Jha (from Mayapuri office) installed Pristine RO water purifier at my residence for 5 days trials prior to my order on 31st May'09 and they ensured that we would get it cleaned or serviced after every one month or two months. But till date only false promises were made by them about the servicing being done in a day or two. I was using Acquaguard for the last 9 years but they have very good system of servicing.

                                                    Everybody should take note about their service, it is advisable to go for Kent or Acquaguard.
                                                    I have zero b 25 lts at home and had such a tough time to get it serviced.I had to call them 50 times for servicing.I even called some seniore guys but of no helpThen for my second service they again didn't turn up so I ended up changing to kent where I'm very happy with service atleast.

                                                    I have zero b in my home and it has very poor service. i had call them atleast 50 times for servicing but the phone were engaged . 2months ago they came and ensure toa change d machines but no one came they poor or damage machine in it..

                                                    All Zero B wants to do is sell their AMC and then vanish. They are the most inefficient bunch of people that I have seen and so is their help line no.

                                                    I bought a Zero B, in Oct 2011. The service is ver poor. For the house hold products the complaints registration department says they, the service mechanics don't work on Sunday! Now I wish to warn who ever buy this to switch to other companies that offer services on Sundays too.

                                                    Gentlemen and women, please do not buy the above said product for domestic use. It is absolutely useless product and the company never gives an Invoice if you buy one. Sales Tax authorities, please take note of this comment, the company is not giving an Invoice for a purchase, despite several reminders. Also, every month we have to call a technician for some sort of repairs, and the compliant cell for this company is in Mumbai, +[protected]. After registering the complaint within 48 hrs a technician will be deputed. So you will have spend 2 days without water or buy a different type of water until a techie comes and sets it right. Be ware of such products, customers, never ever buy a product of this company for your home or industry,

                                                    Most poor service, Filter Riffle ( candle) is not available at any shop.

                                                    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING A ZERO B
                                                    This is an Ion Exchange (Zero B) water purifier. I have been paying for
                                                    the annual maintenance since 3 yrs. They are supposed to maintain it 3
                                                    to 4 times a year but they turn up only when the maintenance is up to
                                                    collect money for the next year. I had a problem with it in December.
                                                    The complaint number was 587381. After repeated phone calls they turned
                                                    up after a month and just told me that the tank has to be replaced. Then
                                                    they have not bothered till now. The new problem now is that the drain
                                                    pipe is continuously leaking. New complaint number is 607793 given on
                                                    01/04/14 which was supposed to be resolved in 48 hrs. No one has
                                                    bothered to tackle this issue and i am afraid this is also going the
                                                    same way . I will make sure to create as much awareness among new buyers to think twice before buying this product...
                                                    I have Zero B Sapphire water purifier bought in 2011. In Jan-2014 I have signed AMC for the same.
                                                    On 7-Jun service engineer proactively visited for the maintenance and ended up making the water purifier non functional.
                                                    Instead of repairing the same I was told to call the service desk and lodge a complaint.
                                                    I lodged the complaint immediately around 12 noon ([protected]).
                                                    Next day 8-Jun being Sunday nobody turned up to fix the problem.
                                                    9-Jun I had to call back service desk in the afternoon to check the status. I was given number of Mr Manoj Yadav for escalation.
                                                    Mr. Manoj Yadav assured that someone will visit today itself i.e. 9-Jun.
                                                    Nobody came to attend this complaint till 10-Jun. Now Mr Manoj Yadav is not picking the phone.

                                                    For last 4 days I have to buy water from shops.

                                                    If nobody turns up today, then I've already prepared a consumer complaint notice for Ion Exchange.

                                                    Hoping to get justice from Consumer court.

                                                    one of the worst companies. No after sale service. No person to attend the complaint. I would suggest to go for other products like kent etc. where better service is given to customers.
                                                    Very poor service, they say 3 free services for first year but none turns up. They must penalized for not adhering their sake norms. Don't know how to take it up to consumer forum
