[Resolved] Zest Mahindra — Mahindra Zest fraud company with false promises | |||
All, Membership Number: 91009565 Zest Mahindra is one of the worst companies I have ever experienced. My Name is Senthil working as lead at an MNC in Chennai. Back in 2010 Oct i was approached by a Zest representative for holiday package and explained the whole system. At the end suggested he verve (highest) one as i dont have to plan for any black out dates and your bookings will be on priority. I did check on the calendars and other documents and trusted Mahindra as company and signed up for the Verve with full cash payment. I was offered 6 days of bonus at the signup and 6 more days for the following year that can be used in advance. In November 2010 the help desk for a booking in pondy but there was no availability as i was planning for this trip in 2 weeks. Later called them in Jan for Swami malai again no availability for 4 weeks advance booking, then in April i called then for Pondy again with 8 weeks notice they had availability for 3 nights and not the 4th night which is our wedding anniversary night. Got really cheated. They requested me to wait till 7 days before the trip for any cancellations that will be booked, but to my surprise nothing was cancelled until 7 days before so i cancelled my booking. For the last 2 years i am not able to even book one stay with them on my ten year plan. In June i wrote to them requesting to cancel my membership and there was no response until Dec 1st week even after multiple followup and email remainders. Finally one Sai Krupa from chennai office called me and apologized for this issue and requested me to wait for a week to process the refund. I thought at least mahindra is decent enough to get me my money back. Later the very next day she called me and tried to sell me a club mahindra membership where none of these will be an issue. I could not trust her so i did my home work online and the same isssues are with Club mahindra as well. So i wrote back to her asking to process the refund as agreed. 3 weeks no response and again i got a call from Mr.Ebineser and he said that he will look into this and get back. He called me within 15 mins and stated that my refund cannot be processed but he has a friend who is interested in buying this membership from me and he will ask him to reach out to me today on my phone. Why is a Zest mahindra staff refusing a membership refund and selling it to their friends in the open market. He also committed to process the transfer forms without much of an issue. I have recorded all of the conversations. Once i heard this i was extremely unhappy for trusting Mahindra on this transaction. Recently we were in yercaud and i tried calling the member desk from their facility for a booking but there was none available according to the representative on the phone but someone right in front of me was willing to offer a room for 3500 per night. This is ridiculous. Please take this complaint and let me know what ever is needed from my side to file this complaint against Zest Mahindra. For all others please do not waste your hard earned money on these cheaters who will make your feel frustrated. Was this information helpful? | |||
