To Highest Official Zip Cash Mumbai Further to the mail sent this morning , please be informed 1, When i called up your customer care and spoke to Neelam Pande @ 9.45 am and when asked for complaint number she said " System is slow and unable to generate complaint number 2, Upto 14.30 hrs today - 13.4.12, i did not recieve top up and i called up customer service once again and spoke to Asha, she also said to generate complaint number i have to forward a complaint on e mail. Are we in Bullock cart age or Computer Age. 3, I got a "E charge message" at 8.24 am stating " Recharge not successful on your mobile Transaction ID [protected] date[protected] at 08.24 am 4, I got a "E charge message" at 8.24 am stating " Recharge not successful on your mobile Transaction ID [protected] date[protected] at 11.53 am So far my top up is not successful What a pathetic service by Zip Cash Even after 48 hrs they could not succeed in satisfying the customer I can Understand that my Rs 200+ 80 top up cash has gone for a six Kudos to Zip Cash for making customers lose thier money To Highest Official Zip Cash Mumbai 1, My mobile number is [protected] and i had vide online adviced recharge for Rs200/ from Airtel Service provider on 11/4/2012. I got instant message stating that recharge will be done within 24 hrs ( code provided in SMS IS - PZSIN5 2, From the same mobile no i had vide online adviced recharge for Rs80/ from Airtel service provider on 12/4/2012 for [protected] mobile and i got instant message that recharge will be done with in 24 hrs.( code provided in SMS - PZSPWD) TODAY IT IS BEYOND 24 HRS THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. 3, I called up thier Customer care at 9.45 am - 13.4.12 and spoke to Neelam Pande, she was blank and unable to tell the status, all she said Airtel recharge is done on OFFLINE. aND TILL NOW IT IS 10.15 AM , she has replied back . Zip cash is not able to provide service even within 24 hrs and to Airtel recharge it is pathetic May i request consumers to be careful whilst dealing with Zip - cash- if delay is not a problem one can go Ahead I am yet to get recharge, till now Y.C.NARENDRA BABU [protected] [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
