I have ordered oppo a57 from compstrade on 12/04/2017. Via order no [protected]. I have paid them rs.11249 through credit card. But there is a label of shipped created through fedex against tracking no[protected]. Company sales head varun also not responding. His phone no[protected] is also switched off. Fedex says that they did not got the product for shipment from the company. Company's whatsapp no is also not responding. Please refund or give me my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I saw an add in the OLX.in where the customer was selling a Redmi Note4 for rupees -4100 and i went ahead and paid the amount through PAYTM, they said that it is covered under a buyers protection from Paytm and also they sent me the invoice and through email they said that they received the money and they are going to dispatch the product and got the shipping tracking number from them, when i contacted the shipping company (ARAMEX) they are saying it it not a valid shipping tracking number, i saw their website where they are selling mobile phones which is all with less price but the product wont be delivered to you .
I want my money back .
Name of the website is Comps Trade, here all the products are very less in price but the product wont be delivered to you .
