I have order a laptop dell inspiron 5547 on 9/10/2015 from www.compuindia.com.i have made payment from my debit card of rs.12990/- and rest amount i have to pay cash on delivery but they are not confirming my payment and they told me to send passbook detail.when i send them my passbook detail then they are not repling to mail and not receiving my call.i visited bank they told me your transaction is successfull but compuindia is not taking any response.they mailed me that they receive my payment but their finance team are not confirm it.i send them mini statement and my passbook detail but they are not taking any response. i am a student and rs.12990 is a big amount of money for me. so, i request to take necessary action against www.compuindia.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have visited bank of india 4 times finally the bank manager show me my account of transaction of rs.12990/- to GNGELECTRONICS but you are not confirming. i have show you all details that i have done payment.
Hi. I wanted to order for battery of n5010 on 4 th april 2016. I went thro the netbanking process and once it came back from the netbanking page the page gave some error like the order did not get placed but the amount got debited frm my account. I sent them a mail but no response.
